    Hi Jens.

Our latest blog post tells of all the shortcode glory coming soon! A look at what’s coming in our 4.3 release

I’m not exactly sure how things will work with the shortcodes, but I can pretty safely tell you that the shortcode implementation will not have any built-in editing integration with Visual Composer or similar plugins.

What kind of overrides were you wanting to see? I can advise on that based on the current version of our software.

Do you need a little guidance how to do overrides, or do you just not want to have to do them that way?

    Hi again, Matteo.

This looks like a duplicate thread to me.

We’ll continue assisting you at the other one: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/request-in-the-monthly-view/

    Thanks.

    Hi Michael.

Thanks for your business and for these links.

The answer is the same as the other forum thread you linked to. That thread was also about Event Tickets Plus and was answered very recently and was answered by our Support Manager (who knows a thing or two about our products) 😉

Here is our official KB article on the general topic: Compatibility with WooCommerce Extensions

As stated in that other forum thread, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

    Hi Matteo.

Our Month View tooltips are ordered by Event Start Dates, not by Venue ID.

Do all 3 of these events in your example have the same exact start and end times?

Because I see your Month View looks considerably different from the default styling, it may be that your theme, other plugin, or custom code you’ve implemented is affecting the display.

If you think you still need additional help with this topic, please provide a link to your Month View and a link to each of these 3 events (4 links total).

You’re very welcome. I’m glad this is working well for you.

I submitted an internal feature request for such formatting, so thanks for your help bringing this to our attention, and I’m glad the CSS route worked for you at this time.

Have a great rest of your week!

    Hi Casey.

Sorry you’re affected by this known bug.

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

Could you please provide the iCal URL you’re using so we can view it for ourselves?

    Thank you.

    Hi Lotus.

    Sorry you’re experiencing this.

Could you please provide the URL to the iCal feed you’re trying to import and details about a few events that get skipped and a few that do get imported accurately? Annotated screenshots and step-by-step instructions always help a lot.

    Thanks!

    Hi Brian.

The [ecs-list-events] shortcode is not from our plugin. It is from the third-party The Events Calendar Shortcode plugin. We do not provide support for it.

Please let me know if you’re having the same issue(s) when using one of our plugin’s widgets or shortcodes.

    Hi Bruce.

Currently, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus do not support recurring events (same types and quantities of tickets per occurrence within a recurrence series). Nor do they support the example scenario you provided. (I included the statement about recurring events because of our common use of the word “series” for that use case.)

You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.

This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

    What’s up, Chris!

Please reference our KB article on PRO’s recurring events.

If one of the occurrences happens on Thanksgiving, you could “Breaking Events from Series” (see this section in the above link) and then it would no longer be part of the recurrence series, then you could delete that single instance.

For creating your recurrence series, make sure to reference the “Custom” section of the above link. I believe it’d be doable, even if you have to create 2 separate recurrence series.

    Hi eb.

We have a recently-published blog post about using Zapier with The Events Calendar.

I’d assume Infusionsoft is part of Zapier’s ecosystem.

Also, I don’t know why Infusionsoft integration would be theme-specific.

We don’t have any known issues with Thrive WP theme(s) in our internal notes, but we only obligate ourselves to provide support for default WordPress themes like Twenty Sixteen.

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this. It’s not a known issue at this time, but I do see you’re on a really old version of WordPress and of our plugins. Therefore, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:

Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

If you’re still having issues, I see you’re on PHP 5.2.17, which is very old. You might ask your web host if this can be upgraded.

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

I’m not sure exactly. Each theme and combination of plugins can possibly affect it. I’d suggest bookmarking this in your head in case it happens in the future. Also make sure to re-save your wp-admin > Settings > Permalinks as an attempt at a quick fix too.

Have a great rest of your week!

Thanks for your interest in our product suite.

We have another, separate product called Community Tickets that adds this functionality. Please check out that product page link for more details.

    Thanks for these details.

Please try going to wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab > “Events template” option and try changing that option to see if that makes http://tenants.bc.ca/all-events/ work better for you.

    Thanks.
