MemberHi, Sacha. You posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it.
We don’t answer support questions for The Events Calendar core/free or Event Tickets core/free or their paid add-ons in the Pre-Sales forum.
If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.
However, there isn’t a setting for customizing Filter Bar per view.
Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

MemberHi, Karen. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
This sounds like a plugin or theme conflict.
I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi Caylee. Thanks for your interest in Event Tickets Plus, our paid add-on plugin that upgrades the functionality of our free Event Tickets plugin.
You are correct that there is no phone support. Here’s an excerpt from our Support Terms:
All support is provided via our forums; there is no live chat, phone support or email support available.
There is no VIP / white glove level of support offered at this time. We definitely use our forums and aim to offer excellent support!
Here’s some more information about our products:
Event Tickets Plus enables you to sell tickets via one of our supported eCommerce platforms. The free plugin only enables free RSVP-type tickets.
You can view our roundup/comparison of all the eCommerce plugins ET+ supports.
Our plugin uses your eCommerce plugin of choice, but your eCommerce plugin isn’t displayed for shopping pages. Please reference our Making Tickets KB article (screenshots are from an install using WooCommerce) for an idea how to create tickets for an event.
Site visitors would purchase tickets from each event’s single page/view (e.g. example.com/events/rogers-day-at-the-zoo/) — if there is an RSVP to submit or ticket to purchase.
The order confirmation email will include a QR code that can be scanned to “check in” someone at the door at the time of the event. You can read more at Tickets: Managing your orders and attendees.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi Hans.
Thanks for your detailed question.
There is a confirmed issue with sites with WordPress installed in a subfolder, which I believe to be the issue here.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi Crystal.
Using links from our demo site:
- Month View: http://wpshindig.com/events/month/
- List View: http://wpshindig.com/events/list/
Your site should have the same.
Will this be sufficient for your needs?
Cliff
MemberHi Nicholas.
We’ve had other people report this too and we should be releasing a fix soon (weeks).

I see your Home URL is HTTP and your Site URL is HTTPS. I believe if both are set to HTTPS, these errors should resolve.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHi John. This isn’t possible out-of-the-box without some customization.
I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests for Event Aggregator (EA): https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/16852576-let-users-import-events-from-other-ecp-installs-vi
Please do add your vote there.
This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
Thank you.

MemberHi Kristina.
We do not provide support for Enfold theme. I don’t have any personal experience to assist either.
I’d suggest asking your theme support. I hope this helps.

MemberHi Rob. This used to not be available, but our Filter Bar add-on can do this now.
Please visit https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-filter-bar/ for more information.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

MemberHi Stefan.
That output comes from this file: /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/modules/meta/additional-fields.php
I’d suggest creating a blank file here: [your-child-theme]/tribe-events/pro/modules/meta/additional-fields.php
If you need further assistance with this, please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/#PRO

Please watch this video utilizing The Events Calendar PRO add-on and our Filter Bar add-on and let me know if it answers your question: https://cl.ly/0q2w3F2B3y44
If it doesn’t, please further explain your question.

MemberHi Mill. Thanks for your interest in our Filter Bar add-on. It is not customizable to be like that timeline view you linked to (although it looks cool).
If you’d like some customization help / custom development, you may reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
I’d also suggest you consider requesting this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
