Events on multiple sites

Is it possible to setup an events that is displayed on multiple sites and managed from one site?
I have 2 sites, some of the events I want to publish on both, some are separate.
Can this be done?

Hi John. This isn’t possible out-of-the-box without some customization.

This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
