MemberHi, Grant. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Only 1 full calendar can be displayed on each page. So you can’t use the tribe_events shortcode at yoursite.com/events or yoursite/events/month or yoursite/events/photo, etc.
You also can’t use the tribe_events shortcode twice on a single page.
If these aren’t the issues you’re trying to overcome, please link to a page where you are trying to use the tribe_events shortcode and also send a screenshot of the page in the wp-admin editor.
Thank you.

MemberHi. I logged this bug to get this translatable.
The title comes from this code: https://github.com/moderntribe/event-tickets/blob/4.7.4/src/Tribe/Attendees.php#L426
I marked this thread as Pending Fix, which means it should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberThanks for the video. We avoid logging into users’ sites.
I strongly suspect there’s a console error present at your wp-admin event edit screen. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
And/Or enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue.
Please report back with the console screenshot/video and/or paste the WP_DEBUG message(s) here.
Cliff
MemberIn that case, you might try Query Monitor (https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/) and then load the wp-admin Events page again and see if there are any slow queries or other things highlighted in the Admin Bar.
I’d also recommend making sure all your Modern Tribe plugins are at their latest versions:
And here’s information about increasing the memory limit: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/
Please let me know what you find out.

MemberHi. I visited your link and this CSS can help:
body.post-type-archive-tribe_events #tribe-events-pg-template .tribe-events-title-bar { height: 150px; }However, this doesn’t take into account responsive design or address “why” this is happening.
You might try playing with this setting: wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab > “Events template” option — to see if changing it makes things work better for you.
If that doesn’t work, I’d suggest asking your theme author how-to for the tribe_events custom post type archive view.
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberYou bet. If you get a working solution, this might be something we could piggy-back on and fix it in a more reasonable way than implementing Outlook’s own custom time zone codes.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!

MemberMy understanding is that either Eventbrite Tickets’ API changed or we’re using the same API as before but in a different way…
…and…
Eventbrite uses a special pagination API process which we do not yet have support for.
Thus, I’m guessing their pagination API defaults to 50.
I’m guessing on part of this because only the italicized portion is direct from our developer.
Thanks for your — and your client’s — understanding and patience.

Would you be able to share an annotated screenshot, screen capture video, and/or relevant URLs to clarify exactly what’s happening here?

MemberHi, Andy. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
This isn’t currently a confirmed issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Whenever troubleshooting, it’s best to enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
If there’s nothing obvious (such as a console error or WP_DEBUG message) pointing you to what might be the problem, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Note that https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-detective/ may prove helpful as well. (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us)
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.
If you still need assistance with this, please share (or re-share) your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply.
That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
