    Hi there,

    Last year I purchased Event Tickets Plus, order number 1263090, and would now like to renew the license but I am unable to do it because an account didn’t seem to have been created when I made the purchase, so I cannot login. How do I go about creating an account to renew the license, and can I use a different name and email address to the original purchase address?

    You can try a password reset for username “ldskjf”.
