MemberHi, Jason.
Thanks for those details.
I believe the missing piece here is the iCal’s “UID”. Please have your developer reference:
- Recurrence ID – https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5545#section-3.8.4.4
- Unique Identifier – https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5545#section-3.8.4.7
There may be other things going on too, but I think UID is a good place to start digging.
Please let me know how things go for you.

MemberHi, Juan.
Unfortunately, our ticketing plugins do not support PRO’s recurring events functionality.
I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3685663-recurring-event-support-for-tickets — Please do add your vote.
One workaround idea is to create all your recurring events, break them all from the recurrence series (so they become single/standalone events) and then add tickets to each single/standalone event.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

MemberHi, James.
I’ve had someone else ask this recently too. Please view that thread and let me know if you have any follow-up questions here.
Thank you.

MemberHi, Jennifer.
To be clear, there is not a free version of Community Events. Our only free/core plugins are The Events Calendar and Event Tickets.
Please go to wp-admin > Events > Settings > Community tab and review your settings.
For example, you may want to “Allow anonymous submissions” if you want non-logged-in website visitors to be able to create events.
Or you may want to “Block access to WordPress dashboard” for specific user types.
If you cannot resolve the issue, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

January 28, 2017 at 1:26 pm in reply to: Upgrade to 4.4 and new recurring rules messing up events in the calendar #1225708Cliff
MemberLucy, if it’s working in Firefox but not Chrome, please use Firefox until the bug is fixed, which should be within a couple weeks. Again, I’m very sorry about this.
Could you also try it in Chrome and see if there are any console errors at your site? If there are, see if the same ones are in Firefox. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Thank you for your understanding and patience.

MemberThanks for letting us know.
If you want to try sticking with Ninja Forms, you might want to try this snippet:

Also, FYI, there are no known issues with Gravity Forms, and this is the only known issue with Ninja Forms.
