MemberYikes. Sorry this happened.
First thing I’d try is deactivating and reactivating The Events Calendar core/free plugin.
Then go to wp-admin > Settings > Permalinks and re-save your same settings.
FYI: The licenses being registered (even if expired) wouldn’t ever affect your site’s operation. You just wouldn’t receive future automatic updates or support if your license was expired.
Please let me know how things go for you.
Cliff
MemberI’m glad to hear your issue is resolved. I would suggest re-saving Permalinks if it happens again.

MemberHi, Gabriel.
This looks very similar to a bug we’ve been trying to track down but haven’t been able to reproduce.
I don’t know of any others who have provided the info in the db like you did, so I’d assume that’s of interest to our developers.
I’ve brought this thread to their attention and asked if there are any thoughts about it.
Please have patience as we discuss and then we’ll get back to you.
Thank you.

MemberPlease watch this short video and then send me screenshots of each of your tickets’ Global Stock Mode (like shown in the video): https://cl.ly/1G1B451s441K

MemberI know EA is getting some extra special attention over the next few weeks so let’s check-in after that. I’m glad legacy has been able to fill in here.
Please note that threads get Closed automatically after three weeks of inactivity/replies. If it does get Closed, please open a new thread, adding your current problem description and also linking back to this thread.
Thank you!

MemberDefinitely some odd stuff. Sorry it’s not as black and white to make it easy to know exactly what to test to try to replicate. Hopefully sprinkling some updates and fairy dust on your site helps!
Please let me know how things go for you.
Cliff
MemberHi. Would you be able to share a video screen capture? It might help communicate what you’re seeing and what exactly the issue is, since you’re on a localhost install and I’m not exactly sure how to try replicating the bug that you’re reporting.

MemberActually, that one may not be relevant, since it’s for Community Tickets, and I see you do not have that license.
Instead, I think you may be experiencing a known bug with PayPal checkout with WooCommerce and Event Tickets Plus.
If this is the case, please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

MemberHi, Olaf
Our forums are in English. Google Translate told me you said this:
Hello, since short works with pay with Paypal, if the payment is on my account, the forwarding of payment is pending on not finished. After a while, the booking will continue as a cancellation. If I then manually change the booking to finished he counts the tickets but not in the shop as a participant but he appears. I hope you can help me until then Olaf
It sounds like the same issue reported here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/split-payment-is-not-working-for-paypal/#post-1252038
Please let me know if that helps.

MemberHi, Sunil.
Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Please implement this snippet, along with following its instructions:
https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/aa9a01c1935e2b2c0b3c5ee788416fdf
Also make sure that you’re using all sandbox accounts or all production accounts, not mixing them, like sandbox admin and production recipient accounts.
Then try a payment again and share the log file in a Private Reply.
Thank you.

MemberHi, Kristy.
Sorry you’re experiencing this known bug.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
