    Hi, Dustin.

Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

It sounds like you’re asking about Event Tickets PlusAttendee Information. However, I’m unclear exactly what you’re asking about.

I can tell you multiple tickets may be purchased at once. You can see a demo at http://wpshindig.com/event/events-tickets-demo/

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Tucker, thanks for your patience as I investigated this issue.

Please be aware that we typically do not do conflict troubleshooting/resolution with third-party plugins, but we do like to go above-and-beyond every so often…

I got this setup on my localhost on Windows and enabled only Facebook and Instagram and my Registration page looked like this on Firefox: https://cl.ly/0p0u1Q0y2Q0R — note that it displays the “Connect with:” but neither of the two logos.

However, it looks like this in Edge: https://cl.ly/110x44172X3g — note that both logos do appear.

Therefore, I’d say there are issues with the OneAll Social Login plugin that should be addressed. Please report these findings, along with your own additional details, then report back to us once they’re fixed.

    Thank you!

    Hi, Russ.

Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

    1)

It sounds like you’d be interested in our Community Events (CE) add-on so your site visitors can create new events via the front-end instead of wp-admin.

If a logged-in WordPress user creates a new event via the CE front-end form, they’re assigned as the Author of the Event post; therefore, they can edit it.

Although I haven’t tested it, a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/co-authors-plus/ might work with our plugin — with or without Community Events. If you give it a try, I’d expect it to require you to add the 2nd Author via wp-admin but once that’s assigned, then it could possibly work in CE’s front-end form.

    2)

Our Events Calendar PRO add-on enables Map View. Here’s a demo: http://wpshindig.com/events/map/ — you can see a “Near” field in the search box on Map View.

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

    Hi, Ben.

You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.

This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

Note: I found a similar one for PRO’s Additional Fieldshttps://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/7423063-more-field-type-options-for-additional-fields-esp — but not for Event Tickets Plus’ Attendee Meta fields.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

    Hi, Breda.

Any builder plugin, such as Visual Composer (included in Bridge theme), that allows you to display posts of specific post types should be able to recognize our Events, Organizers, and Venues post types.

However, they won’t be able to display the Start Date or End Date without coding specific to our plugin, which I don’t believe Visual Composer has.

You might reference our Slider Revolution how-to to get an idea for how something similar might be able to be accomplished in your own customizations.

I hope this helps, even if it’s simply a better understanding of the situation. Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

    Hi, Geralynn.

I see you’re using the Avada theme, which is already overriding our template.

Therefore, I think it’d be best for you to contact their support for how to modify this as you desire.

Please let me know how that goes.

Hi, dd. Sorry for your wait on this thread. We aim to reply within 1-2 business days (sooner is better!), per our Scope of Support / Terms.

    1)

There is a known issue where the Attendee Information fields don’t appear for users who have JavaScript disabled in their browsers (yes, even for required fields).

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Here’s a code snippet to implement <noscript>:

Hopefully it’ll solve this issue for you. If you give it a try, please let me know how it goes.

    2)

This functionality doesn’t currently exist. I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/16518778-edit-attendee-meta-information-in-admin-backend

Please do add your vote there.

This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.

You could cancel that ticket and re-submit it yourself on their behalf. The User Switching plugin (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us) may come in handy for this–to submit it as them.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

Hi, Josh. I’m happy to say this should be easy!

Please go to wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab > Enable event views > uncheck “Day”

Please let me know how this goes for you.

    Hi, Joan.

I am sorry for any poor communication you feel you’ve experienced. I’ll pass it on to the rest of the team.

Feel free to use our Refund Request Form but know that our 30 day return policy may come into play here. The team that handles refunds will be able to determine for sure if a refund is non-allowable (sometimes it depends on our credit card processor). It’s the same team that handles non-profit requests so you can ask about why you didn’t get the explanation you were expecting.

Anyway, specific to the issue you’re experiencing, there is a known issue where the Attendee Information fields don’t appear for users who have JavaScript disabled in their browsers (yes, even for required fields).

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

    Hi, Josh.

The Events Calendar and its add-ons do not have built-in support for AMP, such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/amp/

However, I came up with this snippet to get you started if you really want to implement it:

    https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/af0b1645ff0e5e25edc10ffcccf2df29

Please read all the comments in that code snippet and let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

Oh, sorry, that was a typo… 4.4.7 is the latest version; it’s just that your wp-admin showed a message that an update is available. This is a known issue about using a non-multisite license in a multisite environment that you can disregard for right now.

So, regarding your rewrite rules, I now see this: https://cl.ly/2h351H420b2z

I also don’t see any events at http://www.essexmums.com/events/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events — no Organizers or Venues either.

You have a pretty complicated setup so I don’t want to be guessing which sub-site has data for The Events Calendar… if it’s supposed to be this site, then I’m not sure what happened with all your Events, Organizers, and Venues, but you should look into your database and see if any “tribe_events” post_type events exist in the wp_posts table for each of your sites.

What we need to continue testing for you is an actual event we can see in wp-admin, whether on this sub-site or another.

However, please understand that your Personal-level license covers a single site… so if you are running The Events Calendar’s add-ons on more than just your /events sub-site, you’re legally allowed to do so, but we won’t be able to provide support for more than one site… because then you’re using it on more than one site… I hope that make sense.

Let me know what you find out.
