I did a support ticket previously, but continued to experience the same issue. There is no change in the number while in the cart. I even had a problem with my own ticket purchase not saving my attendee info. I did not exit out before processing, did everything like a normal sale. Watched others do their sales and the same thing, no pattern or unusual instance happening that would seem to cause the attendee info to only save some of the time. Having to contact many people to get additional info for event this weekend. There is also no way that I can see to edit the info if it is received later.
