    Hi, I’m using event ticket plus.

    Case 1: I set attendee ticket info as “required”, but I don’t know why there’s no attendee information on his order. Since I set “required” to fill in, but how can he go through the cart & check out? Is it I missed any setting? So, my staff manually request info like Gender, size…etc by email, and I get it, how to add on all these information to his order?

    Case 2: I’d sent event ticket to my customer, order status as complete. But now I receive his email stated that he filled in wrong information. I got the correct info now, but how can I edit this info for his attendee details, so that the correct info will show on his ticket, and I can send him one more ticket which contains correct amended info.

    Waiting. Hope can get from you as soon as possible due to my event is going on.

    Hi, dd. Sorry for your wait on this thread. We aim to reply within 1-2 business days (sooner is better!), per our Scope of Support / Terms.

    There is a known issue where the Attendee Information fields don’t appear for users who have JavaScript disabled in their browsers (yes, even for required fields).

    I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

    I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

    This functionality doesn’t currently exist. I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/16518778-edit-attendee-meta-information-in-admin-backend

    Please do add your vote there.

    This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.

    You could cancel that ticket and re-submit it yourself on their behalf. The User Switching plugin (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us) may come in handy for this–to submit it as them.

    We published a Maintenance Release today that includes a number of fixes and should improve the handling of attendee meta fields when JavaScript is not enabled.
