MemberThat’s what I linked to in my last reply. Once this extension is officially released (likely sometime in July), it’ll also be published in that list of extensions I linked to.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.
Cliff
MemberThanks for letting us know, Paul.
You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

MemberThanks for the details, Greg.
I just tried the Events List widget and didn’t experience this: https://cl.ly/2o3s1G2l1s2Q
The screenshot is the same when the widget is on a non-event page (e.g. home page or blog archive page) as it is when on a single event view.
Please share your System Information from that site you have with the Twenty Seventeen theme (in a Private Reply). That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
Thank you.
Cliff
MemberThanks for that help, Paul.
Cath, if you switch to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Fifteen, Twenty Sixteen, Twenty Seventeen, etc., does the PHP or CSS affect both List and Map views?

MemberGot it: https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/4.5.7/src/resources/js/tribe-events.js#L1276
However, I’m not sure how to replicate this and therefore not sure how to determine if this is a true bug for us to fix or not.
Could you provide any clarification with this?
Cliff
MemberMathew, I’m glad to hear the issue is resolved for you!
Events Calendar PRO’s changelog included this line:
Fix – Make sure that the correct date format is used and the recurrence description works for “once”-type recurrence rules (our thanks to Robert and others in the forums for flagging this) [75211]
Have a great weekend!

MemberThis will be an Extension. These fields were removed from the Community Events form to streamline it, especially for most people who do not use these fields or wanted to remove them. To be clear, no, this functionality will not be released in Community Events; it will stay as an extension so that those who want it can activate it and those who do not want it won’t have anything to deactivate.
At this time, our practice is to make all extensions’ strings use the ‘tribe-extension’ text domain. I’m not a translations expert like yourself, but I think you can target that to make your own translations without modifying the plugin’s code.
To set a default, please go to this extension’s settings and set the default (which can only be done after the list of allowed symbols is first saved).

MemberMark, we do not have any guides for integrating Types/Views with our plugins, and I don’t know that anyone else has asked this before. Sometimes we write such how-tos for popular requests.
To answer this question, it’d take significant effort to test and find the limitations. This isn’t something we’re able to help with.
I’d suggest getting a developer involved. Yes, even though Types/Views is meant to help you not need a developer, it doesn’t mean integrations like this are easily accomplished with their plugins to ours or vice-versa.
I hope you understand.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

MemberPatrick, I’m not clear about what you meant by “I don’t get an appointment.”

MemberSorry you’re experiencing this. I’d suggest for next update to try some different settings, like enabling Map and Photo and setting default to Map and see if it does the same.

MemberHi, Thom. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I see that link is using a custom Eventica theme display.
I’d suggest contacting their support about this issue. Maybe their theme customizations for our plugin aren’t updated yet for our most recent version(s).
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberHi, Adam. Thanks for your detailed question.
Just earlier today I logged an internal feature request to follow WooCommerce’s setting for this at the bottom of /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=products§ion=inventory
I would suggest following the code in that other thread and make your own version to target the Buy Now Button functionality.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.
