    Every time you release an update for the plugin the default view goes to list. I have only photo view selected as my viewing options and that is my default setting so defaulting to list breaks the plugin. Can you please make it so that the default stays as is when you release an update?

    I haven’t heard of this one before.

    If Photo View is the only one checked at wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab before an update, it should stay the only one checked after performing an automatic plugin update.

    Are you saying the List View box gets checked too after performing an automatic update?

    Not quite. The photo view remains the only one checked but the “Default View” changes to “List” and because “List” is checked the plugin breaks on the events archive page. I opened a thread related to this issue after the last update which you kindly fixed. I assumed that it was me that “nudged” the default setting at some point, but given the same thing happened again with the last update the issue seems to be on your side.

    It’s not a major issue and is entirely resolved by re-selecting “Photo view” in the default view, but if you don’t see this it’s incredibly puzzling and had me switching themes and deactivating plugins before…

    Sorry you’re experiencing this. I’d suggest for next update to try some different settings, like enabling Map and Photo and setting default to Map and see if it does the same.
