MemberHi. This group exists but isn’t “official” (i.e. not our own and not monitored by us): https://www.facebook.com/groups/1035627133125897/
If you get stuck, we can sometimes go above-and-beyond for you, depending on what the issue is.
Please let me know what you find out.
December 4, 2017 at 4:39 pm in reply to: Aggregator is erroring out and hitting 100 events but not importing any #1398236Cliff
MemberHi, Kathryn. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I looked into the log you shared and one of the messages was:
The aggregator origin “””” contains records, but is not supported and was skipped in the counts.
I’m not exactly sure how that happens, but sometimes the solution is to delete the scheduled import and re- set it up. Have you tried this yet?
Also, to be clear, it’s 100 import jobs, not 100 events.
If you don’t get things figured out by deleting and re- setting up your scheduled imports, please send me a screenshot of your scheduled imports screen.
Thank you.
December 4, 2017 at 4:07 pm in reply to: Front View "View your RSVPs" Not Shown to the Contributor who post the events #1398234Cliff
MemberHi. I tried to replicate this but could not.
Please ensure the logged-in user is shown as the Author of the event. To do so, login as an Administrator, edit the event in wp-admin, ensure the Author metabox is checked, then set the Contributor user as the author.
Then they should be able to get to yourevents-com/events/community/attendees/event/1234/ (the event post ID)
Please let me know how this goes for you.
December 4, 2017 at 3:40 pm in reply to: Use theme page layouts on calendar, list and single item views #1398215Cliff
MemberHi, Chris.
I’d imagine you can select a Default layout for your theme and then playing with this option: wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab > “Events template” might make things work better for you.
If that doesn’t work, I’d suggest asking your theme author how-to for the tribe_events custom post type archive view.
Thanks!

MemberHi, Andrei.
We currently do not support Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP), but you could reference this snippet to get you started:

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing issues. We definitely try to keep things operating efficiently and effectively, but we acknowledge this isn’t always the case.
Specific to the issue you reported in this thread: I was able to replicate the bug of the Near filter not autocompleting.
I marked this thread as Pending Fix, which means it should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi, Paul.
If I’m understanding what you need, you should repeat “weekly” and select “Saturday” as the repeat day (which should be auto-selected if the initial event time is on a Saturday).
Please let me know how this goes for you. If it’s not working as expected, please share a screenshot or video screen capture.

MemberHi. There’s no drag-and-drop sort of page builder for such customizations, but you can make customizations by following our Themer’s Guide.
Please let me know how this goes for you.
Cliff
MemberHere’s a snippet example, which you could view what’s in $record and do what you need based on what’s in there:
https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/4d4875f93ee9acf08584007c978919a0
If you still can’t get it figured out, please provide me the full code of your customization attempt.

MemberAh, yes, this is the same as another user experienced. Details are at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/schema-on-venues-pages/#post-1368859
I’ve logged this bug with our developers and this and that other thread should get a response if/when a fix is released.
Thanks for your understanding and patience.
December 4, 2017 at 1:57 pm in reply to: When using a shortcode, doesn't scroll to the top when selecting "next page" #1398119Cliff
MemberSara, I see you’re using
[tribe_events view="list"]I confirmed on my local testing site that it’s not scrolling back to the top, like is happening on your site.
I ran this past our development team and it is confirmed as a bug because the intention of the shortcode is to act as the regular view (in this case yoursite/event/list/), which does scroll to the top.
I marked this thread as Pending Fix, which means it should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
