    Hi there,

Out of the box, no but it appears the User Role Editor plugin may do this. It states: Manage user access to editing posts/pages/custom post type using posts/pages, authors, taxonomies ID list.

I would install the plugin and look at what options are available in regards to creating roles for specific categories.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support and considering our products!

Yes, one person can register multiple people however only the person registering will receive the tickets via email.

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks,

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in our Events Calendar PRO forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.

If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

I see, sorry about that. Can you go into Events > Settings and make sure the box is checked: Recurring event instances

Let me know if that solves the issue.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi Shah,

    Thanks for emailing support!

This isn’t something our plugin can do unfortunately.

However, I have seen options like this in a google search for “email users” I would suggest checking out some of the good rated plugins available that can help with this functionality.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.

We do not have any SMS or notification features for our plugins.

I’ve seen other users add a custom field to get a mobile phone number for SMS notifications. Then export that data to another plugin like Twilio, however this would be a lot of manual work on your end but essentially it is possible with this workaround.

If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

    Hi Bjorn,

    Thanks for reaching out!

It’s possible to import events from Google Calendar to your WordPress site’s calendar powered by The Events Calendar.

At this time, however, it is not possible to have a full “sync” system going, where if you make a change on Google Calendar it automatically shows up on the WordPress calendar, and if you make change on the WordPress calendar, it automatically shows up on the Google calendar.

If that’s okay, and just importing from Google Calendar to The Events Calendar is fine, then you can do this for with “Event Aggregator”.

Event Aggregator is built right into The Events Calendar—so you just install the free plugin The Events Calendar, then add your Events Aggregator license key, and you can then import from a Google Calendar. (Either one-time or on a schedule…or both!)

You can learn more about the Event Aggregator product itself here: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator/

And you can find a bunch of “Help” articles about how to set up Event Aggregator and do imports with it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/plugin/event-aggregator/

I hope this information helps! ?

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing supp and considering our products.

You can with css, get the desired look. Basically you could using the checkbox option and only have the two cities but then style the checkboxes to look like buttons instead. We do have a themer’s guide that can help you know here to make these edits or we have a list of customizers who can help as well. In regards to previous and next buttons, you can edit this as well to show just previous and next instead of the month name.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support!

The event itself cannot be a product since its classified as a post type in WordPress. Tickets are classified as product types in WordPress so thats the only thing you will see in the products section.

    Thanks,

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues with the links in dev from staging. This will happen whether you have a license or not so a new license will not solve the issue. One way I have seen people solve this is to use the plugin Better Search and Replace. Once you upload the staging site to production, you can use this plugin to update all of the staging links to production.

Its a third party plugin and not supported by us so use with caution. Also, make sure you do a dry run (should be checked by default) just to verify it will make changes before actually making the changes and make sure you have a backup of your database in case you need to restore it.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing and considering our products! Organizer doesn’t receive an email by default but we do have a script you can add to your theme’s functions.php file to make this work.

    Thanks,

    Hi Pat!

Adding a header image would be considered custom development so support is limited. However, you could edit the templates for the views you want the image to appear on by following these instructions. Using this method, you could add the image/slider directly above the content in the templates. Another option would be to use the “Add HTML before event content” box under Events > Settings > Display > Advanced Template Settings, but note that content entered here will be displayed on all events pages (including single events).

Let me know if that works for you or if you have any questions!

    Thanks,

    Brendan
