KeymasterHi Giulio,
Yes you can add custom fields with whatever info you are trying to collect. In regards to exporting data to a CSV, this is possible as well. Also, if you purchase and this does not meet your needs, we do offer a 30 day refund.
Hope that helps!
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan

KeymasterHi George,
My apologies. We do not have recommended themes. One thing to do is to install our free events calendar with whatever theme you choose to see if its compatible. However, AJAX is common in themes so it should not be an issue with our plugin.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Mike,

KeymasterHi Eszter,
Thanks for the email and sorry you are having issues with the image not showing!
I see you have tried the following:
Deactivated all other plugins? </span><b>Yes</b>
Switched to a default theme? </span><b>Yes</b>Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting.

KeymasterHi David,
Thanks for the email. Our plugin validates the domain names internally so even if you update manually you will see an error that license is not valid on a personal license. You would need a multisite license in your scenario.
Thanks,
Brendan

KeymasterI Brett,
Thanks for the email. Out of the box with our plugin and other plugins like user role, its not possible without custom developing something. There are plugins that offer limitations on what the author can post on so you may want to look up and test some of those plugins. Unfortunately I cannot recommend one since we cannot support it and its unchartered territory. But if you find one that works, please let us know so we can let other users know if this question comes up again.
Thanks,
Brendan

KeymasterHi Iban,
Thanks for email support. Sorry you are having issues with the RSVP. Let’s see what we can do to troubleshoot this.
First, are you logged out of your admin when trying to RSVP?
I also see you have tried the following:
- Deactivated all other plugins? <b>Yes</b>
- Switched to a default theme? <b>Yes</b>

November 30, 2017 at 9:03 pm in reply to: Event Aggregator from a Feed – overwriting and notificaitons? #1396328Brendan
KeymasterHi Sam,
Thanks for the email. Imported items will be added to the calendar. Any existing events will remain. Our aggregator will not know if your KAMAR event is the same so you may have duplicate events that you would need to manually go and delete.
So basically to answer all of the questions, imported events are new events not in relation or synch with your current KAMAR setup.
Hope that helps answering your questions!
Thanks

KeymasterHi Giulio,
Thanks for emailing support. I will try and answer your questions below:
- Its not really a booking platform so out of the box this is not possible, you would have to do custom development to achieve these results.
- Yes, labels can be updated using our filters. It requires custom coding as well.
- Yes, its possible with the Events Calendar Pro upgrade
- Yes, its possible if you purchased the Events Tickets Plus addon.
Hope this helps!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Trevor,
You can update attendee info which essentially would update the QR code. Your attendees can update their info as well. Please see this guide: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/
In regards to scanning, make sure you are signed in as an admin account in order to be taken to the correct page.
In regards to seeing QR codes sent, I’m confused… are you referring to QR codes scanned?
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Greg,
Thanks for the email. In regards to breaking caching, what are referring to exactly? In order to give the proper layout to the calendar the CSS is loaded by design and I understand that may tamper with precedence. As such, we do give the option to select using theme styling as much as possible. Granted you can do custom modifications and create additional plugins that load additional CSS below ours but most users are not going to need this. Definitely an option though if you are wanting to customize our plugins further than what is available. Your additional points are valid and I will bring those up to the team.
Thanks,
Brendan -
