Hi,

sorry for may English, not very well. I’m looking for a wordpress plugin for events calendar+booking managing.
I need to create events with booking of tickets, limited in number and in max.date of reservation.
Next I need to register info about every attendee within each “ticket”, eg. if we have a ticket reservation for 5 attendee,

1) Can I register/store info (name, surname, email, birth date etc.) for each attendee (5) or only for the (one) people is making the ticket?
I need to know this so I can choose if I buy Event Tickets Plus or not.

2) Is it possible to customize labels within event ticket registration form?

3)And the same, customizing labels, is it possible for the “event post” within “The Events Calendar”, or I need to buy a license for “The Events Calendar PRO”?

4) Is it possible to register/store in wich days within the event, every people (attendee) was present? eg. an event starts on friday, ends on sunday, an attendee comes on friday, not in saturday, so he comes on sunday: is it possible to store this infos for each attendee with Events Ticket Plus?

Hi Giulio,

Thanks for emailing support. I will try and answer your questions below:

1. Its not really a booking platform so out of the box this is not possible, you would have to do custom development to achieve these results.
2. Yes, labels can be updated using our filters. It requires custom coding as well.
3. Yes, its possible with the Events Calendar Pro upgrade
4. Yes, its possible if you purchased the Events Tickets Plus addon.

really you helped me. I would only ask you one thing more about my first question: I was looking for somebody had similar trouble/question in the forum, and only now I found a post where they speak about “Attendee Meta Information”.

Sorry, but I try to ask you again, because I am not sure if I understood how this feature works.

1) Is it possible to “add information fields” to each attendee, so every attendee could has his name, surname, email etc ?
2) And if this is possible, so is it possible to include those infos in the exportable “attendees list CSV”?

Hi Giulio,

Yes you can add custom fields with whatever info you are trying to collect. In regards to exporting data to a CSV, this is possible as well. Also, if you purchase and this does not meet your needs, we do offer a 30 day refund.
