    Is there a way I can go in and edit or change the meta data within the QR code? I want to be able to adjust some things so I see certain information when a Ticket is scanned. We have multiple ticket types for an event and when we scan the ticket it looks like it is just sending us to the ticket purchase page.

    Also is there a way I can see the QR Tickets that have been sent?

    We are using Event Ticket Plus as well as easy digital downloads.

    Hi Trevor,

    You can update attendee info which essentially would update the QR code. Your attendees can update their info as well. Please see this guide: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/

    In regards to scanning, make sure you are signed in as an admin account in order to be taken to the correct page.

    In regards to seeing QR codes sent, I’m confused… are you referring to QR codes scanned?
