KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support.
Try this snippet out:

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support.
There is not a specific integration for BuddyPress, but Community Events does create a front end form to submit events and does have the option to require users to be logged in to submit events.
Granted, this will not be specific to BuddyPress users and to answer your second question about specific functions, it is possible, but would require a developer to make quite a few custom changes to make this work.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterThe multisite license is $349 per year so it would be that minus the $89 you already paid.
However, if you only have a few sites and can separate them into different installs, it would be best to just upgrade it to a business license which would only be an additional $60 roughly.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Maybe this is for a different site? I am seeing classicalmusicconcert.org.
Can you also delete Event Tickets plus and go int your account and to downloads to download the latest version, then upload that zip file. Activating what I see in the screenshot will break because the version I see there is 4.6.2 so that needs to be 4.8.1 as well.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
You can continue using it on the sub-site just with the manual install. Removing the subsite and turning off multisite would fix the current issue completely. Lastly, you can always upgrade the license if you need the multisite option. Basically, you pay the difference and those permissions are giving to your current license.
Let me know if that makes sense.

KeymasterHi Rob,
So to change the remaining two you will need two more functions.

Let me know if those work for you.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for the info.
Please refer to this: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/fixing-http-404-errors/
If none of these steps worked, here are a couple of other things to try:
- Head over to Events -> Settings -> General and hit the “Save Changes” button
- Re-save your permalinks.
If none of this works, Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-seventeen to see if that changes anything.
Let me know how that goes.

KeymasterHi there,
Sorry, I missed this initially but I see why this is happening. You have a personal license but your site is a multi-site so our system checks that and since it doesn’t see a multi-site license, it gives you that error. In this case, though you do not need to upgrade, you will have to manually update it if you continue to use this license. The plugin will still function as normal.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Will,
Yes, if you need something more specific, you will want to add this function to your theme’s function.php file which will give you specific control of the titles. Adjust this code as needed.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. That would be handled by setting the language in Eventbrite. Basically, our plugin will redirect to your Eventbrite event and if your language for that event is set to Spanish, it will show in Spanish.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

KeymasterHi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.
The simplest solution would be to use the following snippet: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/

KeymasterHi, there.
Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
Our ticketing product doesn’t currently support PRO’s recurring events. So, trying to use some of its features will definitely change and/or be broken with every update.
If you start to create a ticket for a recurring event, there will be a little question mark notice that reads:
Currently, tickets will only show up on the frontend once per full event. For PRO users this means the same ticket will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.
You should add your vote to this existing feature request for Event Tickets to support PRO’s recurring events.
Something some users are doing right now is using PRO’s recurring events to populate their events calendar but then breaking each occurrence from the series to turn them into single events — basically using PRO as an event generator but not actually using its recurring events functionality on the front-end. Others are just dealing with the tickets on recurring events even though you can’t then tell which occurrence they reserved the ticket for… use this information for your own reference but please don’t take it as any sort of recommendation.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and considering our plugin.
Can this aspect be turned off and simply use it for paid registration only?
Yes, in our premium forums we can provide you with a function to disable the ticket to be emailed.
Can the user’s registration data be edited by an admin after the user has registered?
Yes, we have an extension in our premium forums which allows you to edit the attendee info.
I understand WooCommerce has a subscriptions extension that enables payment plans but will that or another extension work alongside your Tickets Plus plugin?
I have seen customers use this in the past and it should work, however since its a 3rd party plugin, we cannot guarantee or assist in the event it does not work. We do offer a 30-day refund in case you try it out and its not as desired.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
