MemberHi Karly,
This is by design.
When you choose an image we do not load the image onto the server immediately so when there is a reload for security the browser clears the selection.
Otherwise you might be able to spoof the upload process and create an exploit.
There is a way around that and that is to use AJAX to immediately upload and validate the image and save it to the server. That way the link can remain.
However, that takes a rebuild on the image upload and not a supported feature so I do not have any coding to provide on that to help out.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
It looks like there is no API key added so it is giving a warning.
I cannot tell might without looking at the actual page.
Let me know if you can provide that.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
It sounds like you have another plugin loading the Google Map API.
Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
And see if that can narrow down the cause of that.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
Google has changed their map’s system and requires an API to use them now.
We have a field in place to add that API.
Please see these two guides for setting them up:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/google-maps-not-showing-up/
If you still have issues after adding the API please provide a link to the issue in a private reply and I can take a look.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
We do have a non profit program, which you can read about here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/do-you-offer-discounts-for-non-profit-organizations/
The core version of the Events Calendar is found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
So you can always just use that as well.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Unfortunately, I do not have an admin demo.
We do offer a 30 day refund so you could get the plugins and do tests on it for 30 days and if it does not work out you can ask for your money back.
We do not have resources creating events and tickets in large amounts only one at a time. So that would be a big obstacle that we would be unable to support as it is not a feature we ship with.
You may have better luck using a Booking Plugin such as WooCommerce Bookings instead.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi Again,
I am getting this same error again:
Google Maps API error: RefererNotAllowedMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#referer-not-allowed-map-error
So it does not like the url you have entered in Google.
It looks like you have www now in your url.
If you add this as another of the domains does it work:
*.britefire.com/*
Let me know.
Thanks
Brian

MemberHi,
It does not work the way you describe.
It does not show the remaining stock when using global stock.
The system automatically detects the remaining stock and uses javascript to change the quantities to what is available if someone would go over.
It later validates that too.
So if you have 10 remaining stock and someone purchases 2 standard and enters 10 children it would change the children quantity to 8 on the ticket form and before it is added to the cart.
We do not support WooCommerce Variations with tickets.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.
I see you are using the Divi theme and it is their archive settings causing this as the Event Views are archives.
Head to Divi > Theme Options > General Settings > Number of Post displayed on Archive pages
Change that number to 10 or what you have as the number of events to show in our settings.
That should fix the issue.
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
You can see it in the screenshots on this page:

MemberHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
Can you please try disconnecting your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.
To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys
Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your new site and add those license keys back.
Let me know how that works out for you.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
You have to individually go to each event and click a resync button for it to update with new content from Facebook.
There is no automatic resync.
