I need help to find the right solution for this scenario. I’d like to make a switch to digital memberships. I have a WooCommerce store set up.

A. Sportsclub with 1 senior team
B. 10 youth teams that we sell club membership to
C. Club members can get in for free at the senior team home games (showing their membership card at the gates)
D. The senior teams play 12 home games. The membership purchase (once) should include a “ticket” for multiple events. And send a reminder the day of these event. It’s not reoccuring events since they play different teams each time.

The member should receive an email with a digital “card” including a QR-code in the design. Not a separate QR-code further down the email. It needs to be a membership card with a QR-code included. It should look like a regular membership card so it’s self explainatory what they are supposed to show at the gates.

Members will save this pdf or image on their phones and show it at the gate. We use an iPhone to scan the QR-code. When the resulting name match the name on the digital card it’s a go. If not it’s a no.

Is your product the right thing for this type of idea?

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.

Although we have some of the features you are looking for we do not have multiple event tickets, QR codes in the design of the ticket (just below the ticket), and no reminder or notification system.

It is possible you could use our system as a base, but it would take a lot of development, which is beyond the support we can provide per our terms and conditions.
