Problem was fixed but now it's not working again

The ticket was resolved but now it has appeared again but your ticketing system won’t allow me to submit another ticket. If there’s a way to re-open a closed ticket, awesome. But I can’t get support on the problem because your system won’t allow me. So I will create THIS ticket and then hopefully be able to write the REAL problem I’m having in a comment below this. Not good guys….not good.

Okay…so apparently my original ticket DID post to support. But a big red box appeared over my form my stating you couldn’t post the ticket because it was a repeat of something I had already posted about. So I guess disregard this ticket. However, you can see how it causes a lot of confusion.
