Brian
MemberOk, sorry it says that in the title too, my bad.
I tested this on my multisite and was able to get the license to save in the single site.
However, as a multisite the updates all run through Network Admin and since the plugin is not network activated it will only allow manual updates following this guide:
As for the license it should save in the Options Table for the sub site as well as the sitemeta table\.
With this as the option_name:
pue_install_key_events_calendar_pro

MemberHi Stephen,
No what you are looking for is not possible.
The tickets need to use WooCommerce or EDD to collect payments through Event Tickets Plus.
Brian
MemberGreat glad that helps get the information correct.
I am going to close this ticket to new replies, but the issue is still open and we will update this ticket once we release a fix.

MemberHi Again,
To make changes to the plugin it is best to do it using hooks and the template system following our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
In this case you would want to edit this file:
plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/widgets/this-week/loop-grid-day.php
Here in your theme:
yourtheme/tribe-events/pro/widgets/this-week/loop-grid-day.php
There you could take the date as formatted and change up how it displays.
That would be safer for updates.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberOk I guess it is not stripping our the @ symbol in that link in the header.
The link I provided is the correct link so please use that and we will take a look into this.

Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
If you have purchased a plugin from us, please login and post in the premium forums for that plugin and we can help you out there:

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
Many times the issue is saving before a valid message is shown, so the key saves, but it is not saving that it is valid.
Can you please confirm you are following all these steps:
Visit License Tab
Enter License Key
You get a Green License Valid Message
After you get the message you are then clicking “Save Changes”
Then you get a “License key(s) updated.” message near the top of the page. Also you can can always download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com and use this guide for manual updates:
Let me know if it is not working after following those steps and we can do some troubleshooting steps next.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I got the same results on my test site as well.
Manually updating using these steps should resolve the issue:

Reactivating the plugins even with the long directory names should enable the plugins to work.
Or manually updating using these steps should resolve the issue as well:

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
That message is a notification that the Debug is on in the Events Calendar settings turning it off will stop that message from being added to the php error log.
The plugins are tested in PHP 5.2 and higher. There should be no reason they do not work in PHP 5.6 of Apache 2.4.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian

MemberHi,
I am seeing all your threads come through fine in our system so no worries there.
I also see them here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/users/andibase8media-com/support/topics/
It might not show right away due to caching.
What is the link you are getting a 404 error on?
Also, please note per our terms and conditions it may take up to 24 hours to respond to a new topic or reply.
Thanks
