Our RackSpace Cloud server is upgrading to PHP 5.6 and Apache 2.4 and I wanted to know if anyone tested The Events Calendar or Event Calendar: Community Events plugin in this environment?

The server provided a testing environment and the php_error.log is kicking this error message:

[16-Mar-2016 01:31:03 UTC] The Events Calendar Log: Initializing Tribe Events on Mar, 16th at 01:03:03 am

This error is posting every 30 seconds or so.

Any info would be appreciated. Want to avoid issues when the server changes over to the newer PHP/Apache environment next monday.

I was able to resolve the php error messages by deactivating taking the plugin out of “Debug Mode”.
Just looking for any feedback if the plug=in has been tested for 5.6.

I did create a testing environment for this and as of now, everything seems to be working fine.

    thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

That message is a notification that the Debug is on in the Events Calendar settings turning it off will stop that message from being added to the php error log.

The plugins are tested in PHP 5.2 and higher. There should be no reason they do not work in PHP 5.6 of Apache 2.4.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks
