    Hi Tim,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

I do not think any of those methods are not easy and reliable it really depends on what you are comfortable with doing.

For hiding parts of the template I usually default to CSS as that I find is usually the most future change proof.

Try this css to hide that area:

    .tribe-events-schedule .recurringinfo,
    .tribe-events-schedule .tribe-events-divider,
    .tribe-events-schedule .tribe-events-cost {
    display: none;
    }

Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.

Let me know if that helps.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having I can help troubleshoot this with you.

When you look in the Plugins Directory do you see a folder titled:

    events-calendar-pro

And what is the folder called when you mention this “I can see the version 3.9 folder”

If you have two different folders for two version of Pro that maybe the issue. You should have Pro only be in this folder:

    events-calendar-pro

I’ve even tried to search installed plugins; no luck. I have no Add New option.

This feature will not work to find Pro as you can only get it through our site and is not a WordPress.Org Plugin.

Let me know and we can go from there.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in the Events Calendar Pro.

That is an interesting request for an infinity scroll of events we do not have that feature in any of our plugins including Pro. You maybe to create that yourself, but for the most part we are unable to help on a customization like that.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

I visited your site and created a Recurring Event and it always took the first date the of the Month for each event.

I looked around and see no other users are reporting this. So it is not clear what is causing this yet.

When you testing for conflicts and disabled all other plugins and changed themes did you then create a recurring event and see if that worked?

I do not think disabling the plugins and changing themes would fix the existing events. If you have done that please let me know, if not can you can you please do it.

I just noticed that when I change the start time it changes the date to that number. I had it at 11am and it made it the 11th. I switched it to 2am and it listed it on the 2nd. Just FYI

I did not run into this behavior on your site.

Let me know and we can go from there to resolve this.

    Thanks

    Hi Nick,

Thanks for using the Events Calendar.

I can try to help you get started on this customization.

If you would like to make a Photo View on the Single Venue Page it is possible, but as you said it would require reformatting the list view on that page. We do not have a tutorial on doing that as it could turn into quite a large customization.

The Single Venue is creating using this template in Pro:

    /events-calendar-pro/views/pro/single-venue.php

The List View is created from this function on this page:

    tribe_include_view_list

Which is getting the List View Template found in the Events Calendar.

So you could start there to make changes with this file:

    /the-events-calendar/views/list/content.php

That is where the title “Upcoming Events” is being created for the venue view.

You could use conditionals to remove or display your own content as you would like.

    is_singular(‘tribe_venue’)

That is about all we can do to help on this, but if you have any follow up questions let us know.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. It looks like a Permalink issue.

Please follow our 404 Error Guide:

    Fixing HTTP 404 errors

And see if that fixes the issue.

If it does not please sign into your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and post in the Pro forum what you find out after following that guide.

If you do not have an account please post on WordPress.org Support Forum for the Events Calendar

    Thanks

    Ok how strange.

Since that is not working on its own it sounds like a conflict.

Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:

Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins

To see if you can narrow down what is causing the issue.

    Thanks

It is hard to say what caused it. Sometimes the permalink settings get changed by another plugin and theme and it messes everything up and all it needs is a flush to reset everything. It is a typical issue that pops up.

I am going to go ahead and close this ticket, but if you need help on this or something else please post a new ticket.

    Thanks!
