December 5, 2014 at 7:52 am #908944BrianKeymasterHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having with the ticket products. I can help with this.
Could you please provide a link so I can see the errors happening?
What payment processor are you using that is causing the error?
Does another Virtual Product Work or are they all broken?
Let me know and we can go from there to troubleshoot this.
Thanks
December 5, 2014 at 9:27 am #909076shweksParticipantthis is the link you can try testing out the add to cart and go all the way to credit info and it always says try another payment. http://buyexpotickets.com/events/
December 5, 2014 at 11:04 am #909197BrianKeymasterI took a look at your site and notice there is no https. Not sure if that is the issue, but without https there maybe issues with the credit card processing.
Have you been able to create a virtual product and test if that will work?
Let me know.
Thanks
December 9, 2014 at 9:09 am #913089shweksParticipantas stated in first post my checkout system works and all products its just using your setup!
December 9, 2014 at 5:11 pm #913532BrianKeymasterI apologize if you think our service has been subpar on supporting this. It is not an issue other users are reporting so it could take a bit longer to figure out what is going on for your installation. I was asking questions to start that process to cover our basis and not miss something easy.
If you still would like some help can you first please confirm that other virtual products are working or not?You have mentioned regular products work, but I would like to know about virtual products as that is what the tickets are.
What Payment Processor are you using on your site (authorize.net, stripe, paypal)?
Also, can you follow our testing for conflicts guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/
That will help see if the issue can be found with a conflict with other plugins or your theme.
I did a search for the error and found this thread where an SMTP plugin caused a conflict with the Authorize.net AIM Extension:
Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.
Thanks
December 9, 2014 at 5:30 pm #913553shweksParticipantI am using auth.net aim extension
December 9, 2014 at 5:33 pm #913559shweksParticipantvirtual product works
December 10, 2014 at 7:08 am #914108BrianKeymasterThanks for providing the information.
Can you follow our testing for conflicts guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/
It maybe a conflict with us or something else, but that guide will help narrow down that issue to get closer to resolving this.
Thanks
December 10, 2014 at 3:23 pm #914673shweksParticipanti installed everything on an entirely new theme with auth.net aim plugin in and it works i even used the theme that article mentioned so what is the problem with it not working with other?
December 10, 2014 at 4:29 pm #914731BrianKeymasterOk so it is working on the test site you created, but not on this site:
Correct?
Can you put that theme into a dropbox and share the link in a private reply and I can see if I can find out what the conflict is?
Let me know and we can go from there.
Thanks
December 15, 2014 at 6:04 pm #919257shweksParticipantThat is correct it dose not work on the buyexpotickets.com
i dont follow what you mean about theme, are you asking for me to upload the theme to dropbox and send it to you?
December 16, 2014 at 5:29 am #919643BrianKeymasterThis reply is private.

December 17, 2014 at 6:21 am #920982BrianKeymasterI took a look at your theme and loaded in on a test site and I was unable to find a reason for the conflict.
Unfortunately, no other users have reported the issue as well so there is not much more we can do to try to fix this.
It is possible with the new WooCommerce Updates or an update to your theme might fix the issue if you would like to test again.
If the WooCommerce Tickets is not working you can request a refund by emailing your receipt number to pro(at)tri.be and we can take care of it there.
Sorry we could not help fix the conflict on your site.
