    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I looked through the site and see the dates off on many different events in the Month View Tool Tip.

Can you let me know if you have any customizations for the Month View templates.

Also please follow our testing for conflicts guide and see if that helps:

Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins

Please test with new events including a recurring event during the test as I am not sure if that test will fix the events that are already live.

Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.

    Thanks

The cron disable is in the wp-config.php file in the root directory of your site.

If it is disabled it would look like this:

    define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, ‘true’);

(False would be it is running)

If you did not change it then I would assume it is still on. People disable it and run it manually for performance.

Let me know about that and please change Import frequency to Daily and let me know if that imports any events otherwise we can go from there.

    Thanks

Correct if there are no categories it should show all events.

So you Widget is only showing when there is a category selected?

If you have not already can you try adding another without the category and see if that works.

Let me know how that turns out and we can go from there.

    Thanks

I am glad to see you were able to figure it out.

I am going to go ahead and close this ticket. If you have a similar issue or another in the future, please do not hesitate to create a new ticket.

Yeah I tried again on another computer and it has remained open every time in Chrome or any other browser.

Not sure what else we can do. I am on the look out if other customers are reporting the issue and having the rest of the team take a look as well.

I will let you know if we find anything.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. WooCommerce Tickets does not have a feature to work on the Community Events Event Edit Forms.

If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

    http://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas

I do not believe there is an easy method to add it, I would think it could be a fairly big project to add it, but not impossible.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having with the Auto Importing in Facebook Events.

I can help troubleshoot this with you.

Do you have wp-cron enabled? or is it disabled in your wp-config.php?

If it is active, what your Import Settings on the Facebook tab?

And I would recommend changing the Import frequency to Daily and then check back in 24 hours and see if any events imported.

Let me know and we can go from there.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

We do not have a license that covers unlimited sites. We may have one in the future, but I do not have a timeline for when that might happen.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having and I can help troubleshoot this with you.

I visited your site and see what you mean about the slugs.

I tried to reproduce the error on two different sites and both times the slugs were correct.

Have you done a test submission and see if it was just that event or all events are doing that for you?

If you do a test event and it still has the same slugs can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide and see if that narrows down the issue:

Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins

Let me know what you find out.

    Thanks

    Hi Again,

Sorry for the issues you are having with the translations.

All our translations are provided by the community and provided as is we do not do them ourselves so sometimes there are issues and since this one has been broken for awhile it looks like this was missed.

And it uses the text domain for the WooCommerce Tickets Plugins and not WooCommerce itself so that is why WooCommerce does not translate it.

I do have some coding you can use to translate it yourself.

    https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/48897101078d0ee74e69

Add that to your theme’s function.php and change Add to cart(Translate) to the text you would like it to be.

Let me know if that works.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in the Events Calendar Pro.

So in Pro we have a new mini calendar shortcode so you can show that anywhere a shortcode works.

We also have the List Widget and Mini Calendar Widget that show in widget areas.

You could try to use the Event Rocket Plugin

    Event Rocket

It is an unofficial plugin that has a bunch of different shortcodes. They all work with the Free version as well so you can test them out.

That is about is beyond jumping into custom coding.

Let me know if that helps.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins and sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

I tested out the four steps you laid out and I could not reproduce the error at first with past events, but it did do it for future events.

You are correct the /events/ being removed from the url is causing the issue, but it is unclear where that is coming from.

To troubleshoot this can you first follow our 404 error guide and see if that helps:

    Fixing HTTP 404 errors

Then if that does not help please follow our testing for conflicts guide and see if that can narrow down cause of the issue:

Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins

Let me know what you find out from that and we can go from there.

    Thanks

    Hi,

That is an interesting idea. We do not have a shortcode to do that.

However, I did a quick search and found this plugin that might work for you:

    Show/Hide Content at Set Time

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks
