MemberI verified in our system the order has been refunded.
The 5 to 10 days is what Stripe takes to process the order.
Since there is nothing more we can do here I am going to close this ticket.
If you have issues on the refund the best way to contact us is on our new email at [email protected]
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
The events in the list view, photo view, week view, map view, and day view should all be in order of the event date and times so the closest event is first and the event happening farthest in the future is last.
If you are having events out of date there maybe a conflict.
Do you have any plugins to change the order of posts? That can cause this issue.
If not please try out testing for conflicts guide and see if you can narrow down the issue:
Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.
Thanks

MemberOk so the gmt offset variable should be -5 for the east coast.
I have my Timezone setting in WordPress on this page:
Settings > General set to New York and get -5.
If I set it to London I get +0.
What setting do you have there?

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can try to help out on this conflict, but limited in supported 3rd party conflicts.
I took a look at your site and it appears the Camera Slideshow is loading another copy of jQuery.
/camera-slideshow/scripts/jquery-1.7.min.js
Having two copies of jQuery loading looks like it is the problem.
WordPress already loads a copy of jQuery version 1.11.1 and that should be the copy used.
Not sure if this will work, but in the Camera Plugin Settings for Scripts if you turn this on setting:
Move the scripts to the footer:
That may fix the issue.
Otherwise you may have to contact the plugin developer or look into their code to see how to disable the loading of jQuery.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.
The API is stored in each user’s profile and there is no central location.
I am not sure why it was placed there originally, but that is how it works.
Share your API key with your administrators and have them add it in the fields in their WordPress profile.
Thank
