    I can’t for the life of me identify a place to change the Eventbrite API key.

    My fellow administrators cannot import events because, I presume, the API key is tied to my sub-account of our organization’s main Eventbrite Account. I created a new key from the main organization account but I don’t know where I can update the settings! Please help!

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.

    The API is stored in each user’s profile and there is no central location.

    I am not sure why it was placed there originally, but that is how it works.

    Share your API key with your administrators and have them add it in the fields in their WordPress profile.
