MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
Have you tried changing the Events Template in the settings?
Head to this page:
Events > Settings > Display Tab
Then change this setting:
Events Template to Default Page Template
Or change it to another option there and see what the results are.
Let me know if that helps any.
Cheers

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
That looks like the correct directory if that is your active theme.
Not sure if the amy shortcode any widget is causing the problem.
Have you tried using our shortcodes for the event list widget:
[tribe_events_list]You can also try adding some text right above this :
<div class="list-info">If you do not see that text in the Event List Widget then it is not picking up the template in your theme.
Let me know what you find out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I tried to reproduce on my test site, but it did not replicate the issue for me.
Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
It appears there is a bug causing this as I was able to reproduce on my test site with another Custom Post Type.
I did not get any errors when trying to create the ticket so not sure what the issue is with custom post types.
We have a bug ticket for us to address this, but I do not have a timeline yet when it will be resolved.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I am not able to replicate the issue and it sounds like a conflict is causing the problem.
Please setup WordPress Debug to see what errors are showing when you try to recreate the issue a couple times in this file: /wp-content/debug.log
Let me know what you find out.
Thanks

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
Can you first confirm both Core and Pro are active in your Plugins section of the admin and that they are on the same version number.
And if you can provide a screenshot of the missing feature that would be great so we can be on the same page about this.
Thanks

Can you please provide in a private reply the link you are using to import events and I can test it out?
Also please provide your system info in a private reply:

Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
PS I moved this thread from Pre-Sales Forum to the iCal Importer Forum.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
Having said that for now the plugin only looks in the /lang/ directory and will be overwritten on updates.
In 4.2 we are adding a feature where you can put them in this directory:
wp-content/languages/
So look for that on the release of 4.2 in a couple months.
Thanks again!

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
We were not able to replicate a duplicating of the events in the future as you are having (it was only recently past events) and not seen other reports of it so not sure what is the cause on your site.
I have tried to replicate the problem using the same settings and Facebook Pages from your site and was unable to.
For all the duplicates I do not see their Facebook Page in the Automatic Import List from your system settings you included, are those being manually imported? Or did you remove them?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
We do not have any features to integrate with Quickbooks. If you use WooCommerce through Event Tickets Plus then all the sales data is in WooCommerce and they might have a feature to export to Quickbooks, but that is not something we support.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
Cheers

Thanks!

MemberOk I was able to reproduce the Ticket Missing Issue and created a bug report.
For now if the tickets are not the same name it should work, but it should count tickets separately no matter what the name so we will look into it.
We also, have a bug report in for the Total Revenue issue from your other thread.
Let me know if you have any follow up on Missing Ticket issue here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
We are still working on this, but got backed up due to some outages from the support team.
We are working to catch up and get back to going through the Nonprofit entries.
Thanks
