Viewing 4 posts - 1 through 4 (of 4 total) Author Posts April 1, 2016 at 9:50 am #1097111 CamParticipant When attempting to add a new ticket to either “Article” or “Landing Page” CPTs, the ajax loader spins but does not save the ticket. I’m able to add tickets to the standard Page CPT, but it will not allow me when trying to use with CPTs. April 4, 2016 at 9:18 am #1097952 BrianMember Hi, Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you. It appears there is a bug causing this as I was able to reproduce on my test site with another Custom Post Type. I did not get any errors when trying to create the ticket so not sure what the issue is with custom post types. We have a bug ticket for us to address this, but I do not have a timeline yet when it will be resolved. Let me know if you have any follow up questions. Please update the plugins to the latest version and re-test to see if the fix works for you.
