ParticipantI’m not able to see the attendees list. Clicking on the “attendees” link on the events page in the backend takes me to a totally blank screen. I can still see my WP menus on the left but the rest is blank.
Also, shouldn’t there be a link in the “Events” menu to the left to see who’s attending which event? It is somewhat odd that I have to go to each even’s page to see how many tickets are sold and then I have to go to the cart plugin (Shopp) to see what has been sold and for when?
Thanks in advance.

ParticipantA slight correction to the information above – “attendees” shows a blank screen only for events with registered attendees. Events with no registered attendees show the “attendees” page of course with “No items found.”, which is the way it should be when there are none registered.
Where does all the info go when there ARE registered attendees? Why am I not seeing anything? It’s exactly the information I need to see!

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I am not able to replicate the issue and it sounds like a conflict is causing the problem.
Please setup WordPress Debug to see what errors are showing when you try to recreate the issue a couple times in this file: /wp-content/debug.log
Let me know what you find out.
Thanks

ParticipantBrian, you were correct. It was a conflict. I turned off all plugins and went through the process of turning them back on one at a time. The conflict was caused by the plugin BackUpWordPress. The irony is every time you, guys, release an update you warn that we backup our websites and databases before installing the updates. This is the plugin I downloaded to do just that. Now I won’t be able to – or at least not with this plugin.
Thanks.

MemberOk glad the conflict was found.
Sorry it is a backup plugin causing it.
I have always had success with BackWPup Free – WordPress Backup Plugin
Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks
