MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. We do not have a feature to save an event template.
You could create an event save it as a draft and use a plugin to duplicate the event post with all its information.
This plugin may do the trick:

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. It sounds like your venues do not have coordinates and so they are showing as 0,0 and that is off the coast of Africa.
We have a way to edit the venue coordinates in the next release. In the mean time you can use the Event Rocket.
It is an unofficial plugin maintained by some of our developers:
Once added you can see the coordinates in the venues and manually add them.
As for why some may not work and other times they do. Our coding sends the venue’s address and in return we get coordinates. If there is an error or no connection it defaults to 0,0.
If you are on a shared hosting it is possible another site has used the daily traffic to contact the google map api and that is why some addresses do not get coordinates too.
Does that make sense?

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
We do not support The Events Calendar Category Colors it is created by a 3rd Party.
Andy would be interested in this and supports his plugin.
Please post here to have him help out.

MemberNot sure what to suggest. What are you using to block the admin area? I would start there to look for a solution.

MemberIt is hard to say what the issue is in WooCommerce. We just create a product and do not modify the checkout process. It is possible something in our plugin is causing this, but other issues similar to this were resolved by fixing a setting in PayPal and not changing ort plugin so this would be a bug isolated to you so far.
Do you have you IPN setup for Paypal?
Do all your paypal emails match?
Usually you have logs in this directory:
eventscalendar/wp-content/uploads/wc-logs/
Do they show Paypal completing the payment?
March 26, 2015 at 12:04 pm in reply to: PHP Code to include mini calendar in custom theme side bar? #951262Brian
MemberOk glad it is moving forward.
As for the errors I am seeing this in the console:
TypeError: $(…).colorbox is not a function Line 86
TypeError: b.browser is undefined
http://cal-abota.org/wp-content/plugins/jquery-lightbox-for-native-galleries/colorbox/jquery.colorbox-min.js?ver=1.3.14
Line 4Looks like some issue with the Gallery Plugin you have. Fixing that should fix the mini calendar.
Let me know.
Thanks
Brian
MemberI just visited your site and it is not showing. It is working.
Please clear your browser cache or try on another browser.
Then it should work.
Thanks
March 26, 2015 at 8:03 am in reply to: Ready to buy, questions about customizing, styling and manual excerpt area #951125Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
It is correct for the most part we do not provide support on customizations. We will try to help out to get your started, but beyond that we are unable to troubleshoot or provide coding for customizations.
It is possible to customize all the event templates even in the free version and we have a guide to help people get started:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
For you three points: the calendar page, linking, and the excerpt we can help answer questions to get you started, but beyond that you would have to do all the coding.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
March 26, 2015 at 7:55 am in reply to: [tribe_mini_calendar] How to let it display full calendar view as it is #951123Brian
MemberHi,
I can answer your questions.
The [tribe_mini_calendar] is currently our only shortcode and it only displays the widget Mini Calendar not the large calendar.
We do not have shortcodes to display any of those fields.
It is something we are working on adding to the plugin, but I do not have a timeline for its release.
We are releasing in the next version shortcodes for all the Pro Widgets as a first step to that goal.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. All the plugins are Add Ons for the free version of the Events Calendar and each plugin including Pro is separate.
No features from one Add On are combined with another. So if you would like the features of Pro and Community Events you would purchase both of those.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
There is a bug in that mobile calendar that does exactly how you describe. We have a fix in the next release to solve this issue. I do not have any coding to work around it right now.
I am adding this thread to our internal bug ticket to notify you once we release the update.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues. I can help out.
You can access your account here in the upper right corner.
Go to the license section and disconnect the url.
Then head back to your site and try adding the license again there.
It should work now.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks
March 26, 2015 at 7:44 am in reply to: List View – Next and Previous Events Links not working #951117Brian
MemberOk,
Then it looks like a conflict maybe happening on your site.
Please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
That should help narrow down the issue and we can go from there.
Thanks
March 26, 2015 at 7:43 am in reply to: Public form to allow community to import Facebook events #951116Brian
MemberWe do not have a limit set, but the limit is the resources your server can handle.
Every time it does an import it will check each event with Facebook to see if it has imported or not.
So the more facebook pages with events you add the longer that process takes, which may timeout on your host.
You can change the timeout setting to increase the time a php script can run to help out.
Does that make sense?
Brian
MemberWe only have the Mini Calendar Short Code.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/inserting-the-calendar-into-a-page-or-post/
In the next update we will have shortcodes for all the Widgets.
Right now there is the Event Rocket Plugin an unofficial plugin maintained by some of our developers that has shortcodes in it:
It has an option to put the Main Events View on the Home Page you can read about it here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/event-rocket/faq/
Does that work?
