MemberOk sounds good.
You maybe interested in starting with the beta for 3.10 which we are hoping to release later this week as it does a major refactoring of the coding. We hope now this puts us in good position to move forward with shortcodes and other custom views.
You can check the sticky post in the forum for 3.10 Beta for more information.
I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks

MemberHi Mark,
We had a delay with an issue and we are fixing that update today. I hope we have it ready either today or tomorrow, but that could change. Does that work?
Let me know or we maybe to get something else going.
Cheers
Brian
MemberOk if you are able to connect to the two urls then the IP addresses do not matter. Those are what validates the license.
I think it maybe the url to the news feed is causing the issue. I have seen this once before, but it is rare.
I do not have a fix for it, but we are releasing a beta for 3.10 that fixes that link. We are looking to release that in the next couple of days.
Let me know if you think you would like to try it or we can look into trying something else.
Thanks

MemberHello,
I can help out here.
There is no option in WooCommerce to do that from the settings.
However, they do have a snippet you can add to your site:
http://docs.woothemes.com/document/automatically-complete-orders/
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberI am not sure what the issues are now or how everything relates.
Are you able to Import Events?
Are you able to create events in WordPress and export them to Eventbrite?
Does the datepicker along with the latitude and longitude fixes you mention make this possible?
Also, the latitude and longitude issue will be resolved in 3.8.5, which we hope to release later today.
As for the datepicker are you saying if you have an event from May 18th to May 20th. Are you saying you can only sell tickets from today until the 18th? Or is it something else?
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the information.
If you disable WordFence Security are you able to import events then?
Brian
MemberHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.
To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys
Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
Let me know how that works out for you.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We have not added anything new to directly support Members.
The best way to test the Events Calendar with Members is to try out the core version found for free on WordPress.org:
And use our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
To add anything to the event templates that Members might need to work.
Beyond that we can try to help answer questions about this, but limited in providing new coding to make this work.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
You are correct each plugin has unique features and are an add on for the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org:
So if you would like the features of Pro and Community Events you will have to purchase both. And if in the future you would like to add Eventbrite you would purchase that as well.
We do have a Non Profit Program where you can get the plugins for free:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/do-you-offer-discounts-for-non-profit-organizations/
If you qualify that could be one way to get the plugins.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues. I can help out.
To get some information about the issue can you please try downloading this simple plugin called Validate URL:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/nyugz86o4401ayg/validate-url-.7.zip?dl=0
After Activating go to Tools > Validate URL
Enter in these two urls:
As well as these two IP addresses:
And let me know the response code you get.
If none of those are able to connect it means the site is blocked from accessing our servers and you would have to whitelist those ip addresses or check the connection if no sites are accessible such as https://google.com from the validator url check.
Let me know what you find out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can try to help out, but I am limited in supporting customizations.
That is from Advanced Custom Fields:
$categoryicon = get_field(‘icon-media-link’, ‘tribe_events_cat_’.$term_id);
However, the only thing that sticks out to me is where is the $term_id variable coming from?
Does that have a value? That maybe the issue.
I can try to help out some more, but again I am limited in supporting customizations and cannot troubleshoot each step.
Cheers
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We do not have a feature to list multiple times under one event. Each Performance would have to be a separate event.
Our ticketing plugins do allow for multiple ticket prices, but they are all separate stocks and there is not global stock per event.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberThanks for the information. Not everyone who is having the issue is on WP Engine, but that could be the source of your issue.
We are still are still trying to find the issue, but so far have been unable to replicate it.
To help could you share your system information as a private reply? You can find this at the bottom of the Events → Settings → Help screen 🙂
