MemberHi Mark,
I was working on trying to fix this issue, but could not replicate it following your steps and using your fields.
Are you still having an issue with this?
Thanks
Brian

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I took a look at your site and it looks to have some custom templates in your theme for the Events Calendar that come with your theme.
If you change to a default WordPress theme do the buttons come back?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
Pro does not include the Community Event Features.
Pro only includes the features on this page:
https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
Community Events is a separate plugin and purchase and its features are here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events/
If you like the Community Events features I can change your license over to that plugin.
Let me know.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
Also, we do have example files here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/
Thanks again!

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues here.
This is a bug due to a change in WordPress 4.5 to the post_search filter.
We have a fix coming in the Events Calendar 4.1.3 later this week.
However, to fix right away please change the contents of this file:
Please note you must correctly change the entire contents of the file as any mistake could cause the website to go down.
the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/Importer/File_Importer.php
With this:
That should resolve the issue for you.
Let us know how that works out.
Cheers

Having said that, if you try our 404 Error Guide to Reset permalinks after deactivating our plugin that should resolve the issue:
Thanks again!

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues. A customer did confirm that fix worked for them.
If the contents of the file were not transferred over correctly it can bring the site down.
I tested again on a couple of my sites and was not able to reproduce an issue that would bring the site down either.
You can try to recopy the contents back or you can remove the plugin and load the latest copy again from WordPress.org
You can use ftp to remove the plugin or doing it through your cPanel or hosting panel file manager.

I am going to close this ticket to new replies, but the issue is still open and we will update this ticket once we release a fix, which should be later this week in 4.1.3
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and reference this one.
