Licence key is not working

    Hi,
    I have purchased a PRO version of event calender and licence key, but the licence key is not working. It is giving the following error “Sorry, this key is out of installs.”. So please let me know what’s wrong with that. I am using this key for my staging website “http://stage.wsplibrary.ca/”.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the issues you are having.

    Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.

    To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys

    Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.

    Hi Brian,

    Thanks for you quick reply. The way you suggest has worked for me. I have remove the all keys from my account and it automatically reflecting as a valid key in my plugin licence area.
