MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
I can help out here.
It looks like you reported running Community Events 3.9.1
Can you please update to 3.11 and see if that resolves the issue.
If automatic updates are not working you can download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com
Let me know how it is working after the update.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi Again,
I can help explain the process here.
All the events are custom post types that have an author, just like any post or page in WordPress.
So you as an admin could change the author to another author(user) and then that person would be able to edit the event as theirs in Community Events on the front end.
Do you think that works for you?
Cheers
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the information.
If that does not help can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide and see if that can help narrow down the issue:
That will help find the source of this and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
It may take up to 24 hours for us to respond per our terms and conditions. I was done with my morning pass and had moved on to other things by the time you responded.
Also, you can download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com and manually update the plugin as well.
If are going through the steps by adding the license and then saving and it is still not saving, then it sounds like a conflict is happening.
Please follow our testing for conflicts for conflicts guide and see if that can help narrow down the issue:
Let me know what you find out.
Thanks
July 23, 2015 at 9:38 am in reply to: Is there a way to work in Google Calendar feed import with ICAL import? #989479Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in the iCal Importer.
I am not exactly sure what link you are referring to, but it might work.
I found an export calendar button, but that exported it as a zip file. Is that what you are referring too?
In that zip was an ics file that I was able to download and import events.
Let me know about your link and I can try that out as well if it is different.
Cheers

MemberHi Nicola,
Sorry for the css issues. I can try to help out here.
Can you please provide a link in a private reply and I will take a look.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi Darren,
The Events Calendar does sort by Event Date in the Admin and all the Views.
Not sure where you got your information from.
You can see this on the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
July 23, 2015 at 9:10 am in reply to: Sorting Date For Posts Does Not Work When Events Calendar Pro 3.11 Is Activated #989451Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues on this.
I can help troubleshoot this.
First, I can certainly help everyone here, but we can help you better if you create your own topic in the forum, where we can interact with you one on one giving you our full attention.
Having said that, I and two our support team members attempted to recreate the issue and could not. So it is not clear where this is coming from right away.
I personally tried on 3 different sites without issue.
Terence, To help narrow down the cause of this can you please post your system info following this guide in a private reply:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Also, if you change browsers that you have not logged into the site before or clear you cache does it change anything?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi Juno,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
Unfortunately, we do not have any features to integrate with BuddyPress.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
We currently do not support WPML integration so I believe our plugin will not work with that theme right now.
We do have a developer working on the issue, but I do not have a specific timeline for this feature.
Part of the problem is it is not absolutely clear the changes are required or would be best made in our own codebase – which already follows most or all WordPress best practices for internationalization.
It could be that WPML itself needs to change how it works to accommodate a wider range of plugins, like our own, or alternatively it may need to introduce new facilities our plugins can interact with before we can make changes on our end.
Given the number of unknowns we just can’t commit even to an approximate timeline.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues with the links. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I visited your site and see what you mean.
For the first step can you please try resaving your permalinks on this page and see if that helps:
Admin > Settings > Permalinks
Let me know what you find out.
Thanks
Brian
MemberYou’re Welcome.
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
If you have an account for our plugins, then please login and post in the customer forums and we can help out there as well.
In the mean time you can turn off Related Events in the Events Settings by checking this field and saving:
Events > Settings > Display Tab > “Hide related events”
Also, related events use the category or tag to related events to each other.
Thanks again!
Brian
MemberHi Wayne,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
I can help answer your questions.
We do not have anything that enables you to show events to members or non members.
It is possible that could be done with a customization or using Private Events that only show to logged in users.
We have our themer’s guide for making customization to the templates if you need something deeper.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
And our Knowledge Base has a lot of articles that might help:
You can test out many of the customizations the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
As for paid events, we have the WooCommerce Ticketing plugins to enable you to sell tickets. It does not have any features to connect it to WooCommerce membership though.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi sebastienserre,
Thanks for posting here. I can certainly help you here, but we can help you better if you create your own topic in the forum where we interact with you one on one. Also, we encourage you to post on your own topic because every time we post we email the author of the topic.
Having said,
Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.
To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys
Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
Let me know how that works out for you.
Thanks
