This should be fixed in 4.0.1 too, which will be out soon.

The contact options may not be applicable as per our terms and conditions, “All support is provided via our forums; there is no live chat, phone support or email support available.”

If there is an issue with the plugin we can help out here on the forums as our policy states.
I noticed you mentioned Venues not being accessible because of age restrictions. That is a limitation of the Facebook Graph API and we are not able to get around that. Facebook does not allow us to get restricted information through their API. So there is nothing we can do about that as that comes from Facebook.
As for the duplicates we believe we found that error and fixed in 4.0 are you still having issues with it in 4.0?
Beyond that again we provide support through the forums.

I am not sure what the difference would be.
The only thing I can think of is looking the database entry for a ticket download and regular download as well as their meta data and see the difference.
If nothing is different or the changes there do not matter it could potentially be something in EDD Tickets blocking it and I would start looking through that next.
Also, since we create the download through a function maybe it is not adding something the FES Add On Needs that is normally creates within the regular download creation.

Also, please check that all your plugins are on 4.0 and the Facebook Import Tab is not under the Import Link and not on its own.

So it is an issue on the standard menu editor.
If you have the customizer active you can now edit menus in it and that worked for me.
We hope to release a fix today or tomorrow.

I visited that event and see tickets there.
If that one ticket does not work across all translated version of the events then there is nothing I can do.
If you need multilanguage tickets we are not able to help and do not have that as a feature.
As much as we would like to keep you as a customer you would have to find another solution and you could request a refund.

MemberSounds good about the stock, I just like to check everything to make sure something is not missed that could be an easy fix.
Thanks for your help on this and providing all this information it certainly does help and could lead to either a bug or at the very least a guide to setting up the plugins better.
Do you have the logging enabled for PayPal?
That might be something to enable if this issue continues to get more information on a transaction that has this happen.
It could be that some sites need to use PDT over IPN as the IPN connection is not working.
Let me know what you find out from the host or anything else.
I am making notes to update our setup guides about PDT to see if that helps.

I wanted to update you here on this issue.
I recommend setting up Payment Data Transfer (PDT) through PayPal on your site as another customer reported that helping them.
Look for this section: “Why don’t customers see the link to download their products after paying and getting redirected back to my website?”
