    Having an issue with 4.0 where the single event info displays correctly but when the iCal export button is pressed, the time is off by +10 hours. Coincidently this is the time zone adjustment for our website too -10UTC. Not sure where the problem is, but any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues here. There is a bug causing the offset to be added to the times.

    I found the issue and a temporary work around for now.

    If you replace the content of this file:

    plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/iCal.php

    With this:

    That fixed the issue for me.

    Replaced the file, as instructed and flushed the cache – but still seeing the issue. This didn’t work for me.

    Okay, so I did some more testing.

    Event Date: December 19 – 6pm-11pm HST

    OLD iCal.php:
    Google Export: December 20, 4am-9am
    iCal Export: Dec 20, 2pm-7pm

    NEW:
    Google Export: 12/20 4a-9a
    iCal Export: 12/20 4a-9a

    With that, I tried setting the Timezone Mode to Use Local Timezones for Each Event. And that worked.

    Glad it is working.

    This should be fixed in 4.0.1 too, which will be out soon.

    I am going to close this ticket to new replies, but the issue is still open and we will update this ticket once we release a fix.
