MemberHi,
I have gone ahead and generated a 1 year license for Event Tickets Plus.
So you should now see it in your account.
Let me know if you do not.
For the move over to that plugin we have this guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugin. I can try to help out here, but we are limited in supporting theme compatibility issues.
Having said that, the menu issue should be resolved in with The Events Calendar 4.0.1
Does upgrading it fix that issue for you?
As for the Event Page not working does the Jupiter theme have any archive settings? Typically if the archive is not set to show full content it will display a block of text like that.
Let me know about both of these and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
Thanks again!
Brian
MemberHi,
To hide this please try this css:
.tribe-events-tickets .tribe-tickets-remaining {
display: none;
}Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
Since this is marked resolved by Lertop I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues here.
We have not made any changes to our Custom Post Types.
Those are still correct.
I am not sure why it is not working now, but we do not support the WordPress API Yet, so I am limited in troubleshooting it.
I can try to help out though.
Thanks
Brian

MemberHi,
We can help you out.
Since there is a price difference we would most likely refund the Eventbrite Purchase and then you can get the Facebook Importer.
Please email us at support(at)theeventscalendar.com and let us know what you would like to do, plus include your order number and we can take care of it.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Unfortunately, We do not have shortcodes for the main views such as List, Month, Map, etc…
Only for the Pro Widgets do we have shortcodes.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.
http://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas
You could try using a he Event Rocket Plugin an unofficial plugin that has a feature to show the main events views on the home page:
However, that plugin is no longer maintained for the 4.0 release, but it should work for using just this feature for now.
THanks
Brian
MemberNo worries.
Sorry for the initial misunderstanding.
I have updated our ticket to include our results and hopefully that will help find a solution.
I am going to close this ticket to new replies, but the issue is still open and we will update this ticket once we release a fix or have more information on importing age restricted venues.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and reference this one.
Thanks

MemberI have this Knowledge Base as well:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/show-past-events-in-chronological-order/
I think it is the same snippet though.
I tested it and it worked for me.
If it is not changing anything I would check on the snippet placement again.
Also you could do our testing for conflicts guide and see if that changes the result:
Brian
