MemberHi,
No worries about the tag there.
I am looking at the coding and it appears the <br> tag is removed before that filter even gets to it.
I came up with a snippet that worked for me.
Add this to your theme’s functions.php:

Let me know if that works for you.
THanks

MemberThanks Oliver for your note here.
I was able to duplicate the problem on another hosting so I do not believe it is WP-Engine related.
I will be doing more tests tomorrow to see about getting to the bottom of this.
Thanks

MemberYou license has expired on Community Events so you will not see the latest version.
You can renew your license to get the latest version.
Or you can you can download the older versions of the Events Calendar from here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/
You will want to download version 3.12.6 and follow these steps for manual updates:
Beyond that I am unable to support an expired license.

MemberHi,
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
Since there is nothing more I can do here. I am going to close this ticket. Feel free to create a new one if any new questions arise.

MemberHI,
I can help out here.
Right now they are almost the same plugin. However, Event Tickets Plus includes QR Codes.
Going forward all new features will be added to Event Tickets Plus and eventually WooCommerce Tickets will be discontinued.
If you are looking to purchase a ticketing plugin for the first time you will want Event Tickets Plus.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi yourmdl,
I believe I found the issue and this snippet added to your child theme’s functions.php will fix the issue.
https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/0a4af5a83500f82af6ac
This resolved the issue on my test site, let me know if that does it for you.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
What you are asking is not really possible as the plugin is deeply embed with WordPress not just with the data, but many functions as well.
You would be better off starting from scratch then trying to modify our plugin.
Thanks

MemberHi ca4it,
Thanks for posting here. I can certainly help you here, but we can help you better if you create your own topic in the forum, where we can interact with you one on one. Also, we encourage you to post on your own topic because every time we post it will email the author of the topic.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help resolve this with you.
It could just be a temporary issue and if you can wait and try in a couple hours or even tomorrow it might work then.
In the mean time you can do a manual update to get the latest version.
You can download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com
And follow these steps to manually update Pro:
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks

MemberHi James,
Thanks for using our plugins.
I can help out here.
If you delete Tickets and/or Events it will not delete or change the WooCommerce Orders in their section.
It will remove the attendees list though and once the event is deleted there is no way to get that back.
And we do not have a way archive old events.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
