    I’m getting a warning that my version of Events Calendar Pro (3.12.6) is out of date… but an update doesn’t appear and when I go to the Licenses tab I get the message “Sorry, key validation server is not available.”

    This is as of 2016-01-12, 07:11am CST.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help resolve this with you.

    It could just be a temporary issue and if you can wait and try in a couple hours or even tomorrow it might work then.

    In the mean time you can do a manual update to get the latest version.

    You can download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com

    And follow these steps to manually update Pro:

    Looks like the key server came back up — I was able to update without any problems at 10:40am CST.
