ParticipantHi, davidemacek. Great question! π
The short answer is that these are indeed on our roadmap, but we haven’t made it to the stage of the 3.x product lifecycle where we’re adding new features yet. That being the case, we don’t have a concrete timeline to offer you.
I would say that using Eventbrite Tickets for the time being would be the simplest solution. π

ParticipantHi, auburnmassdaily. This sounds really frustrating, especially since it was working previously.
Unfortunately, I’m not sure how much more help I can be. Ultimatum is a particular type of theme with a fairly unique structure, and we don’t have the expertise to offer specific help with it. We are aware integration has been tricky for at least a couple of users. If we continue to see demand for integrating Ultimatum, we’ll look into developing some tutorials, but that that isn’t something that can happen in the short term.
Your best bet is probably to go back to your theme developer for guidance. Our technical documentation, linked in the sidebar, should be helpful. We’re also happy to answer any questions that come up along the way. π

ParticipantGreat news, BCN MΓ©s! Glad the snippet worked for you.
The issue stems from the way that we reworked our recurring event processing in the last release and how they are stored in the database. We’re planning part two of that change in the next month or two which should eliminate the need for the snippet, but until then, it’s a good thing to keep in your file.
By the way, if you have a minute or two, we will love it if you would write a few words for us here:

ParticipantHi, Erin. Thanks for the response. I’ll let you know when I hear back from my developer.
Also, it looks like the fix for this has made it into our upcoming release, so regardless, help should be on the way soon! π

ParticipantHi, simonfuffdesign. That’s a great question!
Here’s a list of the custom roles that we provide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/faqs/what-plugin-capabilities-are-there-for-creating-custom-roles/
Do you think that will be enough to get you where you’re trying to go with this?

ParticipantHi, Wayne. This is a great question!
I just checked out both of your sites, and unfortunately, I am not able to see what youβre referring to on your site.
With regard to breadcrumbs, since this is a very theme-specific customization, we canβt really tell you how best to proceed–especially as many people have different opinions as to how breadcrumbs might be structured so thereβs no real one-size-fits-all here.
If you get in touch with your theme developer and she/he has any questions for us, weβre very happy to help, but beyond that, Iβm afraid that there isnβt much we can do.
Are there any other questions I can answer for you?

ParticipantHi, bcnmes. Great question.
Sorry to hear that you’ve been bitten by a bug that came up in 3.2. The first line of defence is to try deactivating all of our plugins and reactivating them one by one. If that doesn’t work please try dropping this snippet into your theme’s functions.php file: https://gist.github.com/jazbek/6585714
Please let us know how it goes! π

ParticipantHi, kevinwalzakcom. Great question! π
We totally agree with you about adding more payment processing options for the ticket iFrame. Unfortunately, the Eventbrite API does not offer these options to us as a third-party developer. Here was the word from their support last week:
βAs Events Calendar Pro utilizes the Eventbrite API it is constrained to the methods we provide. In the payment_update we have not included credit card processing as an option for fraud and security reasons as this would require someone to enter their mailing address or direct deposit information via the API. Iβm sorry for the inconvenience and I will submit the feedback to our Product Manager and see if this will be an option in the future!β
If you’d like to get in touch with their support and let them know how much you would value access to other payment methods, we’d be very grateful, but for now, I’m afraid our hands are tied. Sorry I don’t have better news for you!

ParticipantGreat question, lpmediaconsultingcom! π
Right now, there is no built-in way to email attendees. Probably the simplest way to get the emails is to export the attendee list and pull the addresses out of the resulting CSV.
I love your idea for a feature! We’d be most grateful if you would suggest it on our User Voice site: https://tribe.uservoice.com/, that way we can judge how valuable it would be to the community at large.
Thanks for being a TEC user! π
