Permissions for WooCommerce Tickets / Events Calendar Pro

I have purchased Events Calendar Pro and Woo Tickets, and all is good apart from one thing I am hoping you can help me with. I am looking to allow a custom user role ability to be able to view attendees, they appear to be able to do everything else, but when the role tries to view attendees they see ‘You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.’

I have tried to change the user role capabilities, but still it doesn’t work. I know there is a special role created for ‘Event Creators’, but I had more problems with this as for some reason they seem to not be able to see the admin area of wordpress at all.
