ParticipantHi, Melissa. Unfortunately, we don’t have a solution for you at present.
We’re definitely looking to add it to our list of tutorials, but we don’t have it ready for primetime yet. If you were looking to do something for the entire list view, beyond just the widget as this thread started out, please create a separate ticket.
Thanks – and sorry we can’t do more on this occasion.

ParticipantHi, Ryan. We’re looking into this on our end, but don’t have a workaround yet. I’ll be back in touch when I have more info to share with you.
Thanks!

ParticipantGreat troubleshooting, rocketpop. We’ll definitely look to address that in an upcoming release. Thanks so much for figuring it out!

ParticipantHi, Joe. I’m sorry to hear that your client is taking issue with our URL structure.
Unfortunately, it’s not really feasible for you to change the URL structure yourself. We’ve spoken internally about modifying this and will look into the possibility for a subsequent release.
When prioritizing new features, we review the submissions at our User Voice page to see what our community is most eager to see implemented. We’d appreciate it if you would post about your request there so we can see how many others are looking for the same experience: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas

ParticipantHi, Brian. Thanks for confirming. That’s the only place the EB API Key needs to be entered.
I apologize for the delay in responding. We’re looking into this issue on the back end and will get back to you when we have a fix.

ParticipantTHanks for following up, Richard! I’m glad to hear that you’ve got things working properly now.
Thank you both, Carla and Richard, for being TEC users!

ParticipantThanks for sharing your solution, minemindmedia!

ParticipantHi, tomoko. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your WooCommerce Tickets add-on. Let’s see if we can get to the bottom of it.
It sounds like there are a number of things that aren’t working the way you would like them to. Maybe if we could troubleshoot one issue at a time, that would make it a little less confusing.
For the first issue you brought up, about adding multiple tickets to the same event. What happens when you try to add a ticket after you’ve completed the first one? Do you get an error message? If so, what does it say?
Thanks for your patience!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, greggc. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your site.
It sounds like you’re on an old version of the add-on. If for some reason, you’re not in a place to go through upgrading at this time, here’s a thread that should help you get back online:
After upgrading to the latest version of our plugins, it should also be fixed.
Thanks for being a TEC user!

ParticipantHi, Conny. There is a link to export below the calendar and on each different view. You can check them out on our demo site here: http://wpshindig.com/events/
We don’t currently have a way to export all the events to iCal format or to subscribe to the calendar. If that’s a feature that you’re interested in, we’d appreciate you adding your voice to this feature request in our feedback forum: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3777092-enable-calendar-synchronisation
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantGlad to hear it worked for you! Thanks for letting us know.

ParticipantHi, Julia. I appreciate the detailed response.
Would you mind clarifying for me how the “shopify” link is added? Also, can you point me to an example of the link in action on your site?
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Rick. I’m sorry for the confusing post. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to clarify.
Any event, recurring or standalone, can be exported to iCal (or Google Calendar), and many of the views have this functionality as well, e.g. all events in a given month. However, there is no admin interface or ability to configure the iCal feeds, and it’s worth noting these are one-time exports, not live syncing, which means if changes are made on the event at WordPress after the iCal file is generated, those changes won’t be reflected in the original iCal file.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantThanks for the update, Kevin. A couple of follow-up questions:
– Would you mind confirming that you see the same behavior under the Twenty Twelve theme?
– What’s the Eventbrite URL that you’re trying to link to?Thanks!
