ParticipantThis plugin seems to work 90% of the time but the client has issues when updating an event after initial publishing. If she goes in to add a “shopify” link the plugin drops the initial start date of a repeating weekly class. After that anytime we hit update the date changes randomly to date.

ParticipantHi, Julia. Thanks for getting in touch with us about your issue.
It sounds like you may be seeing an issue with The Events Calendar integrating with another developer’s plugin. While we can’t promise integration with all other plugins that are out there, we’d be happy to try to help you out as best we can.
It would be very helpful for troubleshooting if you could tell us a few things:
- What version of WordPress are you running?
- What version of The Events Calendar are you running?
- What version of Events Calendar PRO are you running?
- Where can we find the other plugin you’re using?
- Do you have an instance that we could look at of the plugins behaving correctly?
- Do you have an instance that we could look at of the plugins behaving incorrectly?
Let us know, and we can take it from there. Thanks!

ParticipantHi, Julia. I appreciate the detailed response.
Would you mind clarifying for me how the “shopify” link is added? Also, can you point me to an example of the link in action on your site?
Thanks!
