ParticipantJust saying. I am not a developer and not looking forward to the workaround.

MemberHi Carla,
We’d love to help if we can. Can you link me to an event that should have tickets displaying and ideally also share a screenshot showing the ticket settings – ie, the start and end sale dates, inventory and SKU etc?
Though you can’t upload images here directly you can certainly drop links in if you upload the screenshot either to your WP site (through the media library) or else use a service like Droplr.
Thanks!

ParticipantI don’t know what to tell you. I create an event. I add a “ticket” which means I create a woocommerce product that is supposed to be linked to the event. That product is created in woocommerece, BUT it is not connected to the event. It doesn’t appear in that event’s control panel editing page, and the option to buy the ticket doesn’t appear on the event page for the buyer to se. This means that Woo Tickets doesn’t work. Since I can’t wait for it to maybe work, I abandoned it hoping that it might work on a future release. I don’t know how to send you screen shots.

ParticipantWooTickets was conflicting with NEXT GEN Gallery. Who knows why. But when I deactivated it the problem was solved. Thanks.

ParticipantI am not using NextGEN Gallery and I did a clean install, and the problem still persists – see my previous post.
Thanks,

Member@Richard: I appreciate you taking the time to share those screenshots – what it would be awesome to see though are the ticket settings (when you add a new ticket in the event editor you normally add details such as the start and end sale dates, stock and SKU – this would all be useful information).
Also, because this thread was created by Carla, I’d appreciate you creating a new thread to avoid confusion – thanks!
@Carla: can you confirm if you have no further issues now that you have deactivated NextGEN?

Participant@Barry: My mistake. My start date for selling tickets was set in the future. Works now. Thanks.

ParticipantTHanks for following up, Richard! I’m glad to hear that you’ve got things working properly now.
Thank you both, Carla and Richard, for being TEC users!
