    Somehow I cannot see any change made after changing settings.
    At first I could not add another ticket (repeatedly tried the same type-in and save), I could make the second ticket on one event after an hour…. Now in my general setting ‘Clear cart when logging out’ is ON, but it keeps every data after I log-out and come-back. And it never erases coupon code too, I cannot check which one is working or not. Finally when I tried to checkout for test, it is disconnected… I forgot to set up Payment Gateways at first and set them later, but I guess the change has not been saved and reflected to the page.

    Also I can’t display an image on ticket. This might be something from appearance setting of WordPress, and it is not critical so I really don’t mind….

    Are those problems can be fixed by re-installing plug-ins? I tried re-installation with saving ‘.xml’ file on my computer, but I may be wrong how to keep old data.

    Hi, tomoko. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your WooCommerce Tickets add-on. Let’s see if we can get to the bottom of it.

    It sounds like there are a number of things that aren’t working the way you would like them to. Maybe if we could troubleshoot one issue at a time, that would make it a little less confusing.

    For the first issue you brought up, about adding multiple tickets to the same event. What happens when you try to add a ticket after you’ve completed the first one? Do you get an error message? If so, what does it say?
