ParticipantThat’s great news, Brian. Thanks very much for letting us know.
Hope everything is smooth sailing from here. If you do have any subsequent issues, please don’t hesitate to let us know!

ParticipantHi, jussibr. Thanks for letting us know about the troubleshooting you’ve done thus far.
Have you had a chance to reach out to HB Themes to see if they have any guidance? While we cannot guarantee integration with every theme and plugin out there, if the theme developers see something we’re doing that’s not compliant with WordPress standards, we’ll definitely make whatever changes needed to comply with best practices.
Would you mind checking with HB and getting back to me with their response? In case it’s helpful, all of our technical documentation is available publicly at http://docs.tri.be/.
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Josh. You’re totally on the right track here.
I’d recommend you set it up exactly as you describe: a multi-day event with four separate tickets. Let us know if you need any specific advice on setting up the WooCommerce Tickets. The Tutorials (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/wootickets-new-user-primer/) are generally pretty helpful, but if there’s anything that doesn’t make sense, we’re happy to clarify.
Thanks for being a TEC User!

ParticipantHi, frontierstrategies. Thanks for getting in touch about your issue.
Would you mind trying switching from get_posts() to tribe_get_events() in the first instance? Let me know if that gets you any closer.
Thanks for letting us know that you’re a satisfied TEC customer. It’s always great to hear!

ParticipantHi, accessrose. Assuming you have the “Include events in main blog loop” checked under The Events Calendar – General settings. They should show up.
A few questions for you:
1. What versions of WordPress, The Events Calendar, and The Events Calendar PRO are you running?
2. Have you tested in default Twenty Twelve theme with all other plugins disabled? If so, do you still see the same behavior?
3. Where on your site are you expecting to see them?
4. Has it ever worked?I’m unable to reproduce this in our test environment, so I think it may be a configuration issue with your setup. With a little troubleshooting, we should be able to get to the bottom of this.
Kelly
ParticipantHi, flaglerhumanesociety. This does sound like a frustrating scenario.
If you don’t mind, I’d like to clarify a few things before we proceed:
1. Please confirm that the event ticket does not display even in default Twenty Twelve with all other plugins (except for WooCommerce, The Events Calendar, and WooCommerce Tickets) disabled.
2. Please confirm that this occurs for all events on your site.
3. Please confirm that which version of WordPress, WooCommerce, The Events Calendar, and WooCommerce Tickets your are running.
4. Most importantly, please confirm that ticket sales are already started. if there aren’t ticket sales started yet, the panel will be hidden on the single event view. After that, I’d appreciate a screenshot of the Tickets portion of the event setup screen. We should be able to troubleshoot better from there.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, Kristin. We’re still working on updating the tutorial, but when complete, it should give the flexibility needed to change the image size as you describe. Once complete, it will be in the Tutorials section of our site (https://theeventscalendar.com/the-events-calendar-for-wordpress-tutorials/).
Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to keep track of forums threads to be able to update them that way. Your best will be to check out the Release Notes section of the site (https://theeventscalendar.com/category/products/release-notes/) after you’re notified of an update.
Thanks for being a TEC user!

ParticipantHi, jaxxnux. I’m sorry you’re encountering this bug. It’s a known issue that will be patched shortly.
Until then, please check out the “Useful Code Snippets” in the right-hand side bar. You should see one for “Recurring Events – Fix for Update Recurring Events Dialog”. That should get you back in business. Another alternative is to use the Tab and Enter keys to navigate, but the snippet will fix the problem entirely.
Also, I’m going to move this thread to the Events Calendar PRO forum. In the future, we’d appreciate if you would post troubleshooting questions there.
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Katrina. Assuming you’re using the free version, that’s because exporting to iCal and Google Calendar are part of the PRO add-on.
If you’re running the Events Calendar PRO add-on and don’t see them, please start a new topic in the PRO forum.
It looks like this thread has started wandering a bit far afield from the topic, so with that, ladies and gentlemen, I’m going to close this thread. Please feel free to start a new topic if you have any further questions for us. Thanks!

ParticipantHi, Deborah. We don’t type out complete email addresses, but it’s pro a/ tri.be (like the URL of our website). Does that make sense?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Rick. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
Tags (site-wide) and Categories (TEC-specific) are both implemented in TEC, as is the ability to search by and display Category-specific calendars. It sounds like this should be a good fit for you.
Thanks for asking!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Corey. Thanks for inquiring about the WooCommerce Tickets functionality.
Unfortunately, this sort of RSVP infrastructure would not be available out of the box with our add-on. The only option I would see is that you could have multiple tickets set up, but you would have to verify separately that the attendee was purchasing the correct one.
Basically, the WooCommerce Tickets Add-on allows you to configure a WooCommerce product (ticket) for any of your The Events Calendar events. Whatever functionality is available in the WooCommerce plugin, or any additional add-ons or plugins you have configured to work with WC, that functionality should be able to work with WooCommerce Tickets.
Here’s a screenshot of the Ticket creation screen on the TEC Event page: http://d.pr/i/PP5v That should give you an idea of the options that are available to you when creating the ticket.
Please let us know if there are any other questions we can answer to help you make your decision. Thanks for considering a Modern Tribe plugin!
