ParticipantHi, mike. This definitely sounds like an intriguing feature. We don’t have anything like that, but it sounds like it will be really handy once it’s implemented.
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to offer detailed support that kind of customization which is, admittedly, pretty bespoke. Please take a look at our documentation at http://docs.tri.be/ where you’ll find technical docs on what you can use to make your own customizations.
You might also check out how our own code functions with regards to TribeWooTickets::save_ticket() in particular. Not a guaranteed fix, but hopefully, it’ll get you pointed in a useful direction.
Good luck!

ParticipantHi, calzbert. I definitely see what you’re talking about.
Unfortunately, as this seems like something specific to your theme, it’s hard for us to offer much in the way of suggestions. Perhaps you could ask your theme developer how to override the breadcrumbs?
Because different users may want a different structures for their event breadcrumbs, we can’t really offer a one-size-fits-all solution, e.g. should it be Events > Event Category > Actual Event? If so what if the event belongs to multiple categories, should sub categories be included?
Sorry I can’t offer more specific advice. I wish you good luck in finding a solution working with your Theme Developer!

ParticipantHi, sweetlid. I’m sorry for the frustration.
Please try adding this to your functions.php:
add_filter( 'tribe_events_admin_show_cost_field', '__return_true', 20 );That should do the trick!

ParticipantHi, figcreative. Thanks for contacting us about your customization.
Unfortunately, this is not our area of expertise. The WooCommerce Tickets plugin allows integration between The Events Calendar and WooCommerce. Whatever options are available to you in the WooCommerce checkout should also be available for the event tickets you create.
That said, we do know that in the past people have had success with a third-party plugin that provides similar functionality. See this thread for details: https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/adding-extra-names-when-multiple-tickets-are-purchased/#post-46080
If you do decide to investigate it, please understand that we can’t offer support for it directly; you would need to work with that developer. Also, it was written for an older version of our plugin, so it may fail in unpredictable ways if it hasn’t been updated.
Hope that helps!
September 2, 2013 at 8:33 am in reply to: Need to PURCHASE WooCommerce Tickets AFTER Purchasing Pro Version?! #64067Kelly
ParticipantHi, mfinkle. Sorry for the confusion.
The Events Calendar PRO and WooCommerce Tickets add-ons are indeed separate and have different functionalities. WooCommerce integration is only offered in the WooCommerce Tickets add-on. Both are powerful additions to the basic Events Calendar platform, and most users feel they are well worth the price.
All refund requests are handled by email. If you feel you have purchase the PRO add-on in error, please send an email to pro a/ tri.be, and we’ll take care of you.

ParticipantHi, stevenmilstein. We suggest users check out the Codex article on functions.php within Child Themes: http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes#Using_functions.php
…or otherwise, follow your theme vendor’s recommendations for adding snippets/customizations, as some themes do things differently (or offer a different means of doing this).
If you have any further questions, please start a new topic. Thanks for being a TEC user!

ParticipantThat’s fantastic news, blackswantemple! I’m so glad that you’re back in business.
Thanks for letting us know!

ParticipantHi, vinvalentino. Thanks for your post.
Regarding your original question, I just want to confirm what the problem is since, per my last post, it looks to me as if tickets are not showing in the storefront and that’s expected behaviour.
Regarding your second question, we can’t really help with customizations of that nature – but if you basically want to propose a change in how our plugin behaves you can do so here: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, flaglerhumanesociety. Thanks for doing all that troubleshooting.
Would you mind also sending a screenshot of the current status of the ticket so that I can see that and then take a look at the page on the frontend? Hopefully, with all this, we should be able to shed some light on what’s going on.
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Justine. Would you mind sending us a link where we could see this behavior? That could be very helpful in troubleshooting.
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantNo problem, rt. Glad we could help!

ParticipantHi, mikeymccoy. It sounds like the issue comes from a modification you’ve made to your functions.php file. Could this be the case?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Kitka. Thanks for getting in touch.
We try to keep our topics to one issue each, that way we can better assist each user. As the underlying cause of your issue may be different from the initial one, please open a new thread. Once you’ve done that, we’ll happily take a look at what’s going on for you.
Thanks for being a TEC user!
