ParticipantNo problem. Please let start a new topic if there are any other issues we can help you with.
Thanks for being a TEC user!

ParticipantHi, Donald. Thanks for getting in touch.
What behavior do you see when you switch to Twenty Twelve (or 2011)? This seems like it could be a conflict with your theme or another installed plugin.
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Jack K. Unfortunately, we do not offer evaluation copies. Would it help you to show them our demo site?
Also, please remember that The Events Calendar base plugin is free on WordPress.org. Otherwise, we’re happy to answer any questions you have.
Thanks for your interest in The Events Calendar!
Kelly
ParticipantYou know, mikeymccoy. If you wouldn’t mind trying something else, I’m guessing another option would be to disable your plugins one by one until the API error goes away, and then, enabling them until you determine which is the culprit (if it is a plugin conflict).
If that doesn’t yield results, please try reverting to default Twenty Twelve. It’s almost certainly a conflict somewhere, it’s just a question of figuring out what.

ParticipantHi, Ameen. Sorry you’ve had trouble finding our FAQ and demo. Here are some links for you:
– FAQ: http://wpshindig.com/events#sthash.vyfxmtze.dpuf
– Demo: http://wpshindig.com/events/
– New User Primers: https://theeventscalendar.com/new-user-primers/We do not include any kind of survey response with the integration with WooCommerce, but I believe there are third-party plugins that can assist you with that. Eventbrite might also be a good solution, and we have a plug-in add-on that integrates with them.
We do not have any promotions at this time.
Please let us know if we can answer any further questions for you.

ParticipantHi, Darren. The add-on is definitely functional. What is it exactly that you’d like it to do for you?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Tom. Thanks for posting with your question.
We intend to implement an RSVP system at some point, but it won’t be in the upcoming release. The only solutions we can really offer are direct ticket sales via WooCommerce integration or Eventbrite integration so that you can use their system.
Do you think either of those could work for you?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Sheila. You could definitely have three tickets for an individual event.
We don’t offer any additional data collection for the tickets, but I believe that there are third-party developers that have a solution for that.
We don’t offer tickets with multiple day options. Each event’s tickets are distinct and only linked to that event, so that would be a customization you would need to create on your own.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantAs I understand it, mikeymccoy, it sounds like it’s something to do with an issue in your functions.php file. If you try reverting to the default functions.php for your theme (after backing up your existing one!), do you still ge the error? That might put you on the right track.
Good luck!

ParticipantHi, calzbert. For instructions about how to go about this, please check out our Themer’s Guide: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/
It sounds like you’re well on your way here, so I’m going to close this thread. Please feel free to open a new one if any further questions arise.

ParticipantAwesome! Thanks for letting us know!
Kelly
ParticipantThis sounds like something that would be easiest to troubleshoot from the backend. Would you mind replying with a login that we could use to check out your events using the private reply function? That might be the most efficient way to get to the bottom of this.
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, irenicon. It will definitely be included in an upcoming release. Your best bet would be to keep tabs on the release notes. All bug fixes are noted there.
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, branchecontact. Thanks for getting in touch.
There are a couple of threads in the pre-sales forums about Barcodes. Here’s an example: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/wootickets-barcode-or-qr/#post-40897
Basically, we include a verification ID on each ticket. If you’d like to request barcodes as a feature, please check out our User Voice forum: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas We prioritize new features based on the votes they get there.
Hope this helps. Thanks for being a TEC user!
